Brilliant idea!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this new gadget!!! I put this in my laundry room with a Philips bulb, so the light comes on when I come in, usually with my hands full, unable to switch on light with my hands. I will be purchasing more of these for other areas of my house. Love Love Love

Makes smart lights much more practical.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a must have if you are in the phillips hue ecosystem. It makes having smart lights much more functional. My only negative is that every so often, it simply won't trigger my lights. Not very often at all but it is annoying when it doesn't work.

It works but...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The device works well but there’s a glitch in the software that causes it to turn off controlled lights when they should stay on.

You have to have this motion sensor with Hue
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you've purchased the Philippines Hue lightbulbs, you need this motion center. It's worked wonders for us. We get home with two kids and walk in the door with our hands full. The motion sensor picks us up and turns on the lights we care about. It's a great product!

Great motion sensor
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely no issues. I love that you can set it to a dimmer setting after a certain hour every day.

Love the options
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used several motions in the past and the ease of setting the light and motion sensitivity is great on this... Here is a hint, if mounting in the bedroom; mount it low to the floor and at the foot of the bed. This way it will not come on in the middle of the night until you get out of bed!

Must have if you have Hue smart light ecosystem
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my second of these things. I love them. I put them in my bathrooms so the lights turn on when you walk in and off after 5 minutes. Now if I could get people to not turn off the light switch when they leave the room.

Works as expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This sensor is a must have for lighting control simplicity. It's also very easy to set up using the Philips Hue app. It also allows for different lighting at different times of the day which is nice if you want dim halfway lights in the middle of the night, but brighter lights during daytime hours.

Need more options
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It works wonderfully. However, it lacks of variation for timer and dimming options while the sensor turn on and off. If the range is 5 ft larger. It will be a 5 stars

Works great, kinda smarter than a voice assistant
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm deep in the Hue ecosystem so when they came out with their own motion sensor i knew I had to try it, and I was pretty certain it would be good. I'm really happy with the settings included for this sensor, for instance: - Name - Which Room - Hours to be considered daytime - Brightness level for daytime hours - Hours to be considered night - Brightness level for night hours - Time limit or no action to be taken when motion stops - Daylight sensitivity (Won't trigger if the room is already lit by sunlight) This is a slider so you can dial it to your preference - Motion sensitivity (3 levels) The only thing I feel like this is missing has to do with Homekit, I would really like for my 'Goodnight' scene to toggle off the sensor. These work great in my kitchen where people pop in and out as well as my bedroom which only has lamps and I have to walk through to reach the master bath. However, I currently open the Hue app when I go to be to disable that one.

Excellent for late night house traversing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this motion sensor. No need to mount and the batteries last forever. You can set up the sensor for time restrictions which will be based on your hue preferences, have the lights change scenery, color, or brightness levels. You can also adjust the light and motion sensitivity.

It works!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a great addition to anyone's hue system. I hate pressing buttons and switching switches, so this has been a excellent solution to that problem. You can even get more creative and download the app IFTTT which will let you use the motion sensor activate any of your smart homes features.

Walk in lights
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this motion sensor to be able to turn the lights in my room as soon as I walk in. The switch is actually a little bit far from the door and with the motion sensor I don't have to do anything else to turn the lights on.

Great for Smart Home Setup
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to pair with my light strip on my bar in the basement. It works flawlessly and turns on my hue lights strip as soon as you come down the stairs. I plan to purchase more for my other Hue lights I have around my home.

Works well
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this product to turn off/on the Lights when someone is in the kitchen. For the most part. It works flawlessly. I have it set up to turn my lights on a nightlight mode between 11pm-6am. It's good when your thirsty and don't won't to blind yourself. I will probably buy another soon

useful in the right situation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This little motion sensor is a pretty neat addition to the Hue system. However, it didn't fit my use. I wanted a control for the light in out laundry room because the light bulb is on a pull-chain fixture with no wall switch. While the idea of automated lighting was cool, I ended up getting the Hue wireless dimmer switch which seemed a little more practical. Nothing against the motion sensor, though.

Ultimate in convenience!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is perhaps my favorite addition to my Philips Hue family! What makes it so convenient is that once you've set it up, there's absolutely nothing else to do! My hallway lights now go on and off as needed, and I no longer have to keep reminding the boys to "turn off the hallway lights!"

Very good motion sensor!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was exhausted of walking back and forth to the bathroom to turn on and off lights for my 3 year old so I decided to grab this and it's been life changing. Life a lot simpler should I say.

Reliable!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought a hue light and motion sensor for our side door that we use from our driveway. As soon as we open the door to get into the house, the sensor turns out our light so that we don't have to walk up 5 steps to the light switch. This definitely helps when we are bringing in groceries.

Easy setup up, works perfectly.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I already have the Philips hue smart bulbs and wanted a motion sensor to trigger my closet light on. Works perfectly and turns on upon walking into my closet with no problems. And I set it so after a minute of no motion, it turns off. Perfect and convenient.
