I picked up this motion sensor along with an additional pair of hue lights for my bathroom. It's pretty cool having them turn themselves on when you enter and them have them auto shut off after a few minutes of inactivity. Highly recommended if you own Hue lights!

Great battery operated motion sensor. Wire free setup. Good for rooms that aren’t used often.

We have connected to our kitchen lights to avoid fumbling for switches on a dark morning.. For that purpose it works great, however sometimes it's a little slow to react after lights go off (set to 5 mins with no activity auto turn off). It's nice that the sensor is on a magnet so we were able to affix to wall without making any holes. Over all happy with this product,

This is the second motion sensor I have bought for the common areas in my 3-family house. The tenants leave the lights on all the time and his is a great way to deal wither then problem. I have have it set to turn the lights off 1 minute after it stops detecting motion.

Works great with SmartThings as well as hue. Magnet mount is very nice. Takes some adjustment of the position to get it right and keep pets from activating.

This is a really cool product to have but is only practical in some applications. I am getting lag when using it to control anything other than another Phillips Hue device. What happens is that I am already down the hall by the time the light is actually turned on. Other than that though, it is a really great product and works as advertised. Price could be a bit lower but not bad for what you get.

I purchased 2 of these, 1 in my entry hall from the garage so I don't have to fumble around when my hands are full. The other in my hall of the Master Bedroom leading to the Bathroom so when I get up at night, it automatically turns on a very dem light to guide my way. Works great.

Obviously, if you are considering a Hue system, I would not recommend this as a starting point. But...if you find yourself knee deep and that it is working well for you...this is a welcome addition! No problems since adding it to my system.

Unit is solid, well-made and quite easy to install. The unit is smaller than expected but simple to setup and get working. The magnet is powerful and even when installed above a busy bathroom door frame the unit stays put. Have purchased several more since my first. Love it!

I use my Hue Motion Sensor for lighting up a few lights in the home when we enter the garage. It is such a fun little product. I have many Hue products and am learning more all the time.

Works every time, turning on the lights in our mud/laundry room when our hands are full of clothes or other things needing washed. I want to buy more, but I'd miss the nostalgia of flipping the lights on and off.

I love not having to turn the light on in the closet and then forgetting to turn it off again. These are very customize obal through the Phillips you app and are compatible with the Google home app. Well worth the money.

I bought this sensors and I installed them in my multifamily home hallways. People used to leave the lights on all the time. Now with this sensor I don't have to worry about people wasting energy. It's easy to install and set up.

Purchased it with a set of lights for our new walk in closet. Set to activate/deactivate on arrival, etc. Makes out already nice closet feel even better. Easy install/setup

Cheap way to make you smart home work seamlessly. Have one to light up stairs when going up and down and one to light up under kitchen cabinet lights when we walk into kitchen

Previously the downside to having the Hue lighting system was that if you were to turn off the light switch at the wall switch, when you turn that switch back ON, the bulbs will turn on with the default "warm/yellow" color. Otherwise you will need to have a Phillips Hue dimmer switch or the round 'puck' switch from Hue. But these do not sit perfectly in place of a regular wall switch. This Hue Motion Sensor is my favorite in addition to my house, because now I don't even have to worry about needing to use my iPhone to turn on the lights, or any of the Hue switches either. I simply walk into the closet or bathroom, and the lights will activate to a scene that I have it assigned to. You can also adjust the sensitivity of the sensor, and select a timeout for it to turn the lights off after no motion has been detected, keeping you from having to manually turn the lights off after you leave the room.

This a perfect motion sensor with good design and serves the purpose it’s meant for.

Have 3 of these motion sensors in key locations. They are terrific in that I never have to turn those lights on or off. These motion sensors take care of it all. It does give you the option to temporarily disable the sensor if necessary. Great product.

After my first purchase and trying one out in the living room, I bought 2 more for our kitchen and guest room. They have been absolutely worth it. We rarely use switches or the phone to turn the lights on anymore. They work best when facing all entries of the room.
