Great addition to my Phillips Hue. I use it to turn on and shut off the lights in my office.

A nice alternative to have the lights turn on, easy to use.

I was sceptical if this would be worth it. It is pricey for what it is. But it's worth it. I have more trust in Hue than some other motion sensor brands as far as privacy which makes this worth the price over any competitor. It was flawlessly in the basement to turn on/off basement lights. Everyone in the house loves it. Highly recommend. Only one star missing due to difficulty in placing the sensor as there is no mounting bracket.

I am using it to trigger Hue lights in our Master Bath at night. It is working great. I love that is is battery powered and magnetic. I just stuck it to the light fixture via the magnet and don't have to plug it in. It is working well. We'll see how long the battery lasts. It is very handle and versatile. I will likely buy another one to play with. IFTTT and this thing could be fun!

I bought my partner the starter kit for Christmas and we have been building on it since! We installed the motion sensor in the closet as we go in and out all day and our developer was a dummy and put the lightswitch behind the door to the room. Easy to customize lighting levels, on/off times, and activity. I recommend placing in a good location that will track movement coming into the room.

I bought this remote to control the lights in my stairwell which has a landing halfway down. I set it up to turn the lights on (for only one minute) whenever anyone is at either end of the stairs. It works very well. There's a window in the stairwell, and during the day, the light sensor on the unit prevents the lights from being turned on. I set it up a month ago and haven't needed to adjust any settings.
