The Hue motion sensor is a great way to have lights turn on automatically as you enter into your home at night as well as a night light for use if you get up for whatever reason during the night. All done by sensing your movements. Also a great security feature if someone breaks in, sensor turns on lights possibly scaring them off.

We added this to our bathroom after we decorated, and it's really great. You can set it to trigger specific Hue Scenes based on the time of day (great for really low light in the middle of the night), and it's highly responsive.

I bought this for a light sensor for the bedroom. It had some limitations in that role, but I mounted it in the pantry and it worked perfectly! Lights come on when the door opens! ^_^ it is customizable too for time of day and percentage.

Works good but have not found a good use for it yet. My original plan for this sensor did not pan out, not because it did not work but because it worked too well. Phillips products just work great.

I’m exhausted at the end of the day and being able to come home and the room seemingly seems to greet me with a soft glow of light that I’ve set, it’s welcoming and warm, love it! The motion gets my emotions :)))

I have these sensors in my bathroom and master closet and I totally love it. They can be synchronized too! They’re sensitive to daylight as well. You can create schedules according to your style, it has so many options.

I am able to use this with both the Hue app and IFTTT to create some pretty useful complications. I also really like that it has temperature as well as being able to determine ambient light.

Works if you have the Hue Hub and some Hue light product to link this to, which is expected if you are into the Hue ecosystem. Will not work if you don't.

I added this motion sensor to turn on my bathroom light automatically. You can have it turn on bright lights during the day and low level lights at night, fantastic! It will also turn them off automatically at a time limit of your choosing.

This works perfect, I installed it in a bathroom where everyone leaves the lights on, I set the timer for one minute and it works like a charm

Great product for rooms with one entry way. I this product because my housemates was having a hard time getting use to not using the light switches after I installed the hue light bulbs in multiple rooms. Now they don't have to lift a finger. Win win

This helps to make my home smart. You can add commands with specific functions. We have commands like movie mode. It is cool to have all your lights change together based on your command.

I have three of these do far. I use them to turn on various groups of Hue lights as I move about the house. I really like the magnetic mount!

Very responsive and works great for my laundry room and white ambiance Hue bulbs. You can even set different brightness settings for day and evening.

I have a few of these around the space and sometimes they are slow to activate/register movement...which in turn means automation(s) setup off of these being triggered are slow to enable. It's not consistent, so maybe it's a HomeKit automation situation from time to time. Overall, they do what they are supposed to.

Very responsive. I installed these on my basement stairs and laundry room so I don’t have to put down what I am carrying to turn on my lights. They even have a temperature sensor.

This works as described. Wish it was a little more sensitive on its highest setting as I have it set up at the top of a landing looking downwards. It catches motion in the stairway and at the bottom, but not in the room deep. Works as described though. Nice mounting system. Would by again.

Perfect for those rooms that always need a light turned on such as storage room and train a couple of our restroom even in our pantry. One of the few items that has experience no problems or difficulties or connection issues.
