It is an hour back and forth to BB. I spent over 1 1/2 hours on the phone with Samsung telling me it was working the way it was supposed to, to take it back to BB. 3 1/2 hours for this sensor is out of control. I have owned Samsung products for a long time. This is the first time I have been this upset.

I was led to believe it would not be triggered by my pets if I put it up high enough. That is not the case so it is virtually useless to me. I assume it would work fine for someone without pets or small children running in and out of the room
