Magnetic mount is a plus but you still have to drill. I felt like this motion sensor was not sensitive enough and did not have enough customization. Hue Labs didn't work well either--only cool thing was you could see the temperature of that room where the sensor was placed as it's heat sensitive. After having the motion sensor for two weeks I decided to return it and buy another Hue light dimmer switch. Note: I used the Hue Motion with the Hue 3.0 App.

I honestly cannot give any good reviews cause I couldn’t figure out how to set it up with the hue lights.

Somehow it will automatically dim the lights and eventually turn them off even when I have the sensor set to "Do Nothing" at certain times in the day

Browsing the hue collection at B.B. I put this down after reading on the box that the hub is required. A bestbuy associate assured me that this would work with just the Echo Plus which acts as a hub. I purchased this to find out that it does not work without the hue bridge. Disappointed by Best Buy as this was a smart home specialist; Philips should specifically state that it does not work without the Philips brand bridge/hub.

This sensor does not work with sengsling, only Phillips. I am sure it would work great if compatible

I bought this to use with my Philips Flushmount ceiling light that I installed in my son's room. He has a tendency to leave the light on in his room. Installation was simple as it gives you the option of mounting it on the wall using an anchor or with the included magnetic, which is what I did. I attached the magnet directly to the wall plate, which was perfect as it covered the light switch. I used the app to set up the day and night settings, sensitivity of the sensor and I was up and running in a few minutes. I have the sensor set to turn off the lights after 2 minutes of inactivity and when motion is sensed during sleep hours, I have the light set to turn on at 35% brightness. The app is full featured and gives you plenty of options to customize. The only problem I had is I have another Hue bulb in a lamp that I use for his nightlight and during setup, I labelled the sensor for his room. With this setting, it would turn on both lights whenever someone entered his room. To fix this, I had to create a different location for the lamp so that it wouldn't come on with the sensor. There may be another way to fix the problem, but so far this has worked for my needs. I would definitely recommend this as a good addition to your Hue setup.

Works ok. Feel like it doesn’t do a great job of sensing. Like a minute delay.

Works ok. Wish you could program a schedule! That’s the only complaint I have.

I am not sure about this product..... it works only sometimes. I have it in my closet and when I walk by works but if I walk in the closet only works half of the time. I don't think that I would recommend this product to a friend, actually to anybody.

Personally, I didn’t find this To be very impressive and if anything more of a pain when living in a large loft! Darn thing was too sensitive I just threw it in a drawer
