love the color vibrancy... paired with the hue lightstrip the effect and immerive sense watching movies is phenomenal... love the ecosystem and im a long time lifx user

Setup took about 10 minutes, has made movies, and games a ton of fun. The bonus is that you can voice command to change the inputs and turn off the sync via google home and I think Echo too.

A bit quirky when switching between different devices, but works as advertised. It’s a surround sound for your eyes that enhances the movie experience. It was a pain to set-up and after several calls and online videos I found out it will not connect to a dual router, only to 2.4GH.

We decided to add this to our Hue system to give our TV the accent lighting it needed. We have two play bars and multiple color bulbs setup with it and couldn’t be happier with the whole setup.

Its a great product but instructions for a high end tv are difficult to figure out had to turn off a tv setting in order to get it to properly work. Other wise love it and works perfectly with my lights i have

This is fantastic. It syncs with your hue lights and they change as you watch a tv or movie. It gives you a much fuller experience. Highly recommend.

This is easy to setup, and is amazing experience for movie goers everywhere! It floods your room with light that matches what's going on, on your TV! It makes movie night a hundred times cooler!

Use it everyday and the colors are good and i have never had a issue with it

I didn’t know this even existed until I happened upon it on YouTube. I have several hue lights and this took my lights to a new level. I am very happy with this and it was easy to set up

I did not have any issues setting this up. The only problem I have with the sync is that you have to run a separate app from the original Philips hue app. This should all be in one app.

It works - can't run the any of the devices without it. I haven't had a chance to use it yet because I'm waiting on the remaining lights, lamps, and other devices to run the entire package.

Kind of buggy device. Looks cool when it works. ARC is not true ARC. Have to use my app to change HDMI inputs using app, which requires being on same network as HUE Box. Had to use a stupid extender behind my TV because SYNC was to far from my office location, which is a joke. The entire house can reach my Wi-Fi, but this box can’t. Requires rebooting often. Wife wants to kill me most of the time when I’m out of town, when she has to “fix it”.

I bought the sync box 2 days after it came out. A few lighting in my entire house. There’s nothing wrong with the functionality of the sink box once it’s set up. It previously had control issues switching between inputs. Phillips hue recently released an update to the software. Every issue I had with it has been fixed by hue. Hue makes top quality smart lighting products, everyone I know that has different brands of smart lights is always jealous about the functionality when they see my house. Some people might complain about the price of this device, but for what it does and how flawlessly it works, I think it is worth every penny. I like it so much I own 2.

Overall Decent product. Some connection issues with Apple TV. Device turns on and off. With a simple call to tech support product has been working fine

Really like the hue sync and how it can be used on party mode and have the lights dance with the music. Movies you can have all the lights reflect from the tv. Great product.

This was enjoyable for syncing my lights to music or movies; however, all your HDMI inputs have to be put into the unit to go to your TV so it can sync it. Therefore, the unit has to be on for your devices to work. I just didn’t like this.

I had my doubts about how this would work and look, but wow.... It really does had depth to the movie experience with the experience of colors during a TV show or movie.

Works as advertised. Make sure you have the original remotes or a mobile remote for your devices to switch between the different inputs

this box sucks. It loses the signal and stops syncing constantly. It will, at times cut the signal to the TV even when not in use. Then you have to reboot it just to get the signal back to the TV. The folks at Hue suggested I use HDMI 2 cos it has a stronger signal. Did not change things, Very expensive to be this frustrating. I would stay away
