You'll need to switch out the hdmi cable that comes bundled with this as it does not work 100%. The box itself is great now that I switched out the hdmi cable. Switching between inputs is a bit annoying as you can only do it from your phone and the IR doesnt work 100%

Really cool product, but still has a ways to go. The syncing with a source is still temperamental. I am still going to try to figure it out. Every other Hue device I have is great!

This works and reliably so. However it should have the hub built in instead of requiring a separate purchase. It should come packaged with the gradient light strip too, that's the perfect set up.

Works great when it works. Lately, having issues with it connecting to the bridge. Support has been great with fixing the issue, but still up and down. When it works, it definitely enhances the movie experience.

This does what it says, but is very expensive for what it offers. There are apps on the Play store such as Hue stream and Hue Dynamic that can provide some features.

Pricey! Easy to setup and use. Provides a really neat entertainment experience. Only issue I have is I can’t get it to stick on the wall with any 3M strips! :(

Great product to sync your Phillips Hue lights to your TV image, the only down side is sometimes it will refresh while you are watching TV - meaning the screen will go black and then come back up when switching to HDR.

It works great. It works with 4k.Except for it doesn't support HDR. For the price it should work with all 4k HDR. I hope this can be one day updated to support everything a tv can . For the price it should. Other than that. Its amazing for gaming and bluray movies.

With the recent update adding Dolby Vision support. The value of this box has increased. A very niche product but it’s worth it if you already invested in HUE lights

Love this machine! My only complaint is that it only controls up to 10 lights, but with only 10 lights though it instantly immerses you into whatever you're watching.

I like the concept but the execution is marginal. I ran into some issues with Dolby Vision handling. To avoid some rendering/compatibility issues I’m not using this sync box in series but instead leveraging a 4k HD Fury Vertex to split the signal.

It was very pricey, but I pulled the trigger after seeing what it's capable of. Simply put it syncs with whatever you are watching on TV as long as its connected to HDMI. Not worth the price at the moment.

Experienced some video and audio sync issue on the first day but it hasn't been a problem since. It's been great having it. Makes a big difference. If only it works with direct content from the TV itself. Hopefully by next generation it can
