If you have the extra cash to spend, this is a pretty neat device. Syncs up real well to what you are watching and adds some nice ambience. I have mine hooked up to my receiver and it works on all the inputs.

This is great (if you are already invested in the Hue ecosystem)! It is super easy to set up and truly adds a new dynamic to watching movies, playing games, etc.

A box that syncs. Does exactly as it should, and works wonderfully. My homeboys and I lovein' it like a McChicken, boy.

Excellent to use to sync all devices and the connections for the TV.

I like the way it matches the colors of what correlates on the screen to match the lighting environment. I just don't think the price warrants the purchase of it unless you absolutely have to have it.

works great with gaming consoles. Lights are asjustable as far as brightness and synces well with movies and games. Highly recommend.

The sync box works well with the hue play bar lights, and strips. On the occasion the lights will stop syncing but this could probably be fixed in an update.

Had an issue with the pre-owned one, but after buying the new one on sale it worked perfect

This item was only purchased because I did not realize it didn’t come inside the kit for the Hue Play. Also I had gift cards and BB reward money to spend. I really enjoy an immersive movie experience and those items lend to that. They are a lot of fun but stupid expensive. I bought mine on sale is the only reason I even considered it. I do not regret my purchase but would have never done it if not for having the extra “money” and it being on sale. Also since adding this device it takes everything to sync up and provide a picture on my TV. Screen goes black when changing inputs or channels and then comes and goes a few times before staying on. This only happens with this product connected.

Leaves a lot to be desired. Works enough, but not nearly enough to justify the price. Not sure what’s driving this insane cost. You can use the computer app for sync really, Netflix blocks the app from working. I guess they maybe cut a check to media companies for this stupid box? Idk. Buy it if you 100% need the syncing, otherwise it’s a hunk of junk. Doesn’t work that wel at what it’s supposed to do anyway.

This works great and is easy to setup with the gradient light strip and the existing Hue lights.

I always wanted to buy this product so I can decorate my room. I used it to sync the color lights I installed in my room and it's pretty cool!!

Works well for the most part. Only real issue is it will sometimes have trouble automatically switching from one source to the next. I'll have to go into the app on my phone and manually do it. Other than that, I don't really have any complaints.
