Second time I try out this product. First time when it didn’t support HDR10 and Dolby Atmos, it was a messed when I hooked it up to my AVR, most of the time it didn’t work, and when it worked the light didn’t sync correctly. Second time when they updated the firmware, which included both HDR10 and DV, it definitely work better but it is still very unstable, sometimes the light wouldn’t turn on and other times it wouldn’t turn off. It is definitely better since the firmware update but it is still too much trouble to get it to work consistently. Sorry but this unit is going back again

We love back lighting our TV. It makes the watching experience a little better. The sync box was to take that a step further and extending the display was nice. The issue I had was the box degraded the picture quality, notably the color saturation. For that reason alone it had to be returned.

Fun with de Philips hue combo soport my hdr projector y I’m still finding the full potential it takes a couple of days or hours tu find out the perfect setting with your home theater media’s

This product is cool and works extremely well but pricey for what it does. If you have a hue set up and are looking to add a neat effect to it then this is for you.

I'm using this with two hue color bulbs so the color performance isn't great, but that's to be expected with only two bulbs. What's not the fault of the bulbs is the sporadic color shifts despite setting it to the smoothest setting. The Sync Box also loses sync with the media at least a few times per week. This requires you to stop the movie and fiddle with the box... that's a deal killer. One bright spot is the forthcoming Hue Gradient Strip TV lights that (should) offer much more of a color spectrum across the width of the TV vs just on the left and right side.

I love how I can use Google Home to switch between the HDMI ports with my voice too.

I only bought this for the requirement to sync my lights with the TV. It's a bummer that it cannot handle HDMI 2.1 yet. I'm hoping a new revision will allow this.

Works as expected, Light changes to the content that is displayed on the screen. A little expensive but a great product.

I have the free app on my computer for syncing Hue lights to games, etc. It's also great way to watch a movie. I was reluctant to spend the high cost of this box to have the same experience with a TV, but it is really fun, especially scenes with lots of red. The first one I received stopped responding within an hour. It was easily replaced and has been going strong since. It responds very quickly to a Harmony Elite remote.

Love this. Works great with movies games and even tv. Have issues with the music but not a game breaker to me

Not sure why people are complaining but this works as expected. All the colors work as they should according to the tv ouput.

Love my product, it was everything I wanted. It works well and it was very easy to attach and get operating.

Overall, work well. Sometimes a little slow when app connects. Sync to audio does not work, but I have spent much time tracking down the issue. I di like the video sync with Hue Lightstrip

It seems the hdmi cable it came with was not very good. Right away after setting it up the picture would cut out every few seconds. I had to use a different cable from another device. That has seemed to resolve the issue. The only other thing now is if I’m using the tv during the day and the lights I have connected aren’t on then they picture will cut out every few minutes or so. It isn’t that bad since I don’t use the tv during the day too often. But this is definitely something that I wasn’t expecting for the price I paid.

I WAS NOT SURE HOW THIS WAS GOING TO WORK and it was very easy to set up and looks great.

Im able to connect all my hue lights easily and a couple hdmi inputs. So far so good no issues but its over priced.
