The box and the lights work seamlessly, The arc bypass does not work with sonos, the box is great for playing video games, and action movies. Would not recommend for regular tv watching, also the hue box hub can only be controlled using the app to change inputs.

Hey Jamal, thanks for your review. We would like to help you out with the Hue Sync box and Sonos setup. The Arc bypass should work and automatic HDMI switch should also work. Please contact us on Facebook (http://m.me/HuePhilips) or Twitter (https://twitter.com/tweethue) This is where we offer 24/7 support.

Philips hue needs to make a 4k capable version of this with hdmi2.1 then it would be perfect.

Working great so far. Took a little work to figure out what makes this thing work best but once I got it working, it’s great! Don’t listen to the negative reviews. It seems that Philips has put a lot into fixing this product to make it worth the money and I definitely believe it is.

Thing is over 250 after taxes, but I can’t watch tv without it now. Even with a 75 inch tv it really extends the experience and picture and is so fun. Extremely accurate light matchup scene to scene. Has to be reset sometimes and is a little finicky and could be better to have Dolby vision on all inputs

This thing had so many issues from the jump that i almost returned it. For a while, it wasn’t recognizing my PS5 so it wouldn’t connect. The entire hue lights setup being around $550 to cause so many issues with my tv is … not great. If you’re gonna make such an expensive product, at least make it quality.

I love these lights and it so much cooler when they are coordinating with the movie I’m watching. I feel like I’ve adjusted them a few times, but I’m thinking I just need more lights. It’s just amazing and makes the movie watching experience so much better.

This box is the reason I started getting hue lights 3 years ago. I just had to wait for ever for it. Now I Finally I don't need a computer hooked up to my TV to sync lights. Wish it supported alexa or infrared remote(which are both coming soon). Sometimes the app is glitchy but that seems to be the same with all Philips apps.

I can’t connect it to my Nakamichi 9.2.4 HDMI sound bar. It had issues with the 5ghz. While watching movies in the middle of the film the signals goes away. Making weird visual distortion, to lost of signal. I have an 86 inch LG 2019 4K but needed to shut down 5g on my WIFI antenna and separate the hdmi connection from the sound bar and the hue sync and no problems so far.
