Good product but it’s unfortunate that you cannot use it in 4K.

Excellent product, pairs great with the light strip which together brings new life to your movies. Has 4 HDMI inputs which should be sufficient for most, pretty costly but if you have enough money to get the light strip along with this it's well worth it.

Good but expensive and sometimes has bad connection

Works very well, only downside is that it does not allow 120fps 4k passthrough.

After waiting a month due to back order I received the sync box and have no regrets in this purchase. Yes, it would be nice if you did not need two separate hue apps to make it function, but overall the device works as advertised (95% of the time). Good buy!

Seriously awesome. Don't get me wrong, Hue products aren't cheap but they are worth it. Ignore the people with the bad reviews. If there are issues, it's operator error. Do some reading and it is obvious that any issues are caused by not using the system correctly.

Great idea w/ mediocre results. Just couldn’t get it to work properly. I was glad to find out the tv I purchased at the same time allowed me to buy the control via an app.

I was hesitant to purchase this because of the price, but I love it! It's been nice to have the lighting effects during movie night with the kids. The only downfall is that you have to choose the HDMI port manually on the box or in the app, if you're switching between a bunch of devices.

when this works there is nothing better. Having had this unit for over 2 years I love using with anything I watch and i really adds to a party. The issue is connectivity. Will not stay connected. I have been through 4 of these units, Geek Squad has been to my home 3 times trying to fix, I have stumped Hue customer service as we get to connect and then a day later disconnect and cannot reconnect. Save your money till Phillips corrects the issue

works way better than any of the software sync apps. and its a smart HDMI switcher with ATMOS passthrough for all my gaming and streaming needs. I did have some issues with my first one getting the app to connect to the box, but a firmware update fixed that.

Initially had signal loss in my set up (pioneer Elite surround sound receiver) with my Xbox. Customer service was very helpful though and the issue was completely resolved. Very happy. Definitely enhances the movie watching and gaming experience.

Until you've seen it, you would not believe how much better of ATV experience you will have. when these lights are behind your set moving around as the picture changes.
