Difficult to get it to work consistently

Often, there is an audio issue, where the lights will work, but the audio won’t. Other times, it starts syncing with an input we didn’t select. Yes, we try the audio pass-through selection, and no it does seem to work. But it’s great when we do get it working. We just add 15 minutes to the start of each show, to account for getting the sync box ready to work.

Posted .Hi Keith, we are sorry to hear you are facing difficulties. For the audio problem could you try one of the following setups?
1) Sources > Sync Box > Receiver/Soundbar> TV. (Arc bypass needs to be disabled) (Music mode always works) or 2) Sources > Sync Box > TV > Receiver/Soundbar (Arc bypass needs to be disabled) (Music mode always works)

You have lights randomly turning themselves off during sync, loosing sync, etc. Concept is great, but it needs work. Hopefully updates will fix it and make it more stable.
