This item is garbage. It works one day and then stops. Then you have to google and troubleshoot for hours to try and fix. Its the same error: “ can’t connect to hue bridge or hue bridge on different network.”

Works great with no issues. Completely controlled by alexa! Very happy with my purchase! The price is literally the only bad thing about it lol

Got this box for my son for Xmas. He loves it. It works best for shows with strong color contrasts. Watch Kong Foo Panama 3 was awesome.

I expected a lot from this product but doesn't work that well for movies. A software update can fix this issue. I would wait for few updates before investing.

This product sounds really cool and when it works, it is. Unfortunately it's very tempermental. I have an LG TV, a Roku box, and a Playstation. For lights I have the Hue Play Strip and a couple of Hue bulbs. The last time it had problems, after months of trying to figure it out, I finally got the answer on Reddit - you can only have one active hue sync box per hue hub. If you can find that in the documentation you;re a better person than I am. So out I went and dropped another $60 after the $500 I already spent. That worked for about a month. Now it will sync fo 2-3 minutes and then stop. Voice support basically had no clue and said they would send me some troubleshooting steps via email. FB support has actually not been so bad but it's sloooooooow - you send something, an hour or two goes by, you get an answer. That doesn't work, another hour or to go by... One of their suggestions was to shut off my 5g network... hah! It's 2022 people.

Great for watching movies and listening to music as the color change with screen colors for movies or rhythm for music. The media room totally changed.

Works great with my other Philips products. Had a little trouble installing with my tv due to my sound system but got it figured out.

Works as it should for movies, games and music. Adds extra dimension to viewing TV.

I wasn’t sure if I wanted this enough to pay over 200 but I’m quite surprised if you have enough lights it’s fun watching tv this way.

The Phillips hue lights work wonders. I love my set up; my only complaint is I wish the app were a little easier to navigate.

I’m using this with the Lightsrtip Plus and works like a charm. I don’t recommend to use this box with gaming. Will add input lag.

It is an interesting light experience, but not something I would use on a daily basis. I have a LOT of issues when it comes to using Dolby and HDR content on my LG OLED TV.

Coordinating the lighting with the video is pretty neat addition to my video viewing.

do not by this product. If you do by the warranty cause it will not work down the road. I used this on my Xbox x and it blacks out my device. their is no fix. phills will not update the product to handle hi -end devices.
