Wish I could've enjoyed it

Great when it works.

It doesn't dropout super often(maybe once per week), but it is very annoying when it does.

Works except on Xbox one

But when using the Xbox One to watch anything or play any games the sync box keeps on cutting out. The screen goes fuzzy with the sound still happening. The only way for this to fix itself is to restart the box. I have replaced the box twice already it still does this. If they could fix the crashing issue on the Xbox the. It would be perfect. Having to pause my movie or or dieing in a game because the box decides to stop working is not a working product.

We'd recommend trying all of the HDMI input ports to see if this makes a difference. We have recently released a sync box firmware update (1.4.7) which includes some bug fixes.
