But when using the Xbox One to watch anything or play any games the sync box keeps on cutting out. The screen goes fuzzy with the sound still happening. The only way for this to fix itself is to restart the box. I have replaced the box twice already it still does this. If they could fix the crashing issue on the Xbox the. It would be perfect. Having to pause my movie or or dieing in a game because the box decides to stop working is not a working product.

Had to restart the device by unplugging it and plugging it back in. Really annoying to have to continue to do. Yes I know how to install it, yes I made sure I’m on the latest version etc. Do not waste your money on this. I would return but it worked long enough right up until the return policy ended smfh

If you do by the warranty cause it will not work down the road. I used this on my Xbox x and it blacks out my device. their is no fix. phills will not update the product to handle hi -end devices.
