Just head on over to Reddit and see the hundreds of posts from users whose box just stopped syncing, and nearly impossible to get back working again. Mine is included. Lots of upset folks, especially based on how expensive this box is.

It needs to be programmed by Phillips so that it ignores black letterbox bars on the top and bottom of the screen, because most movies will always have this and the sync box isn't smart enough to look beyond the black bars and find picture to reference for the lights making the entire investment with lights, Hub, and Sync box a waste of money. What a fail on Philips part. 2. This is also an issue, the people who have enough money to invest in this entire system want the best experience meaning Dolby Vision support and HDR10+ support but the sync box does not support either, what a fail on Philips part. 3. The cost for this box of bugs is about 4x higher than it should be considering the investment in lights and the hub and the 1st, 2 issues I noted.
