Loving the sync system. With two light bars and the gradient strip tv has never been better.

Probably the most poorly designed device I have ever used. In an attempt at simplicity they have stripped this device of any function or logic. The design completely negates your ability to control your individual inputs and any chance of your ARC working properly. You’re remote is now useless and being that one is not provided for the device their poorly designed app or finicky voice or Siri Shortcuts are your only option for functionality. All of the voice services work for a few days and then randomly stop syncing with the device oh and forget the use of universal remote so dig out that fire tv remote, Apple TV remote or Roku remote. Overall if you can get this device to work with your now many to one input (1 to 1 would have been the way to go here) HDMI ARC (serious delay almost 5-10 minutes) it’s fun for one show then it’s just annoying. Save your money and wait for the next iteration.

I have never spent so much money to be so frustrated. WHEN it works it's great. It just doesn't much that often. It continuously drops its connection or loses the video signal to the device. It is very frustrating to have your signal continuously drop when watching a movie or playing a game.

Excellent product. Illuminates my tv as well as a lot of my room

I’m assuming if you’re looking at this review you’re looking to get the whole lighting package so you can sync your lights with your TV. I was excited to do the same. Shelled out $450 for the sync box, bridge, and light sticks. At first things were great but I started encountering a very bad issue that completely ruins the product. In order to sync your TV you have to connect your HDMI’s to the sync box. My issue has been that my sync box will turn off on it own constantly! Playing my ps5 is impossible because the sync box shuts everything down. I searched all over the internet for a solution and as I find more people who have this issue I’m realizing Phillips is fully aware of this issue and has not done anything about it for over a year. That’s my experience. Not worth the $450 the whole set up costs with this issue. Look into cheaper options.
