Crap!

And then all the problems started happening. Would turn everything connected to it on, anytime I turned something connected to it on. That was fun. 3 months later, it’s dead. Won’t power up. Waste of money. I’m a very disappointed Philips Hue fan.

Poor Product

I would not recommend this product. The picture cuts out all the time even when using the enhanced settings for Dolby Vision. It would be great for a Philips representative to reach out to me.

does not detect signal

Will return it tomorrow if its not going work .

Just waiting to take this thing back. According to reviews it takes over 45 minutes to 3 hours for it to sync. Mine has been going for 12 hours with no luck. Taking back

It was great for the whole hour it worked

When I pressed the power button it would no longer sync to the app. I was unable to factory reset it to try and set it up again. Will be returning this hopefully for a non broken one

It was delivered 2 days late which I’m sure is due to COVID so it is understandable. Anyways, the item I paid a lot of money for did not work.

it did not meet my expectations

Geek squad couldn’t get it to work

Schedule a day to come back after researching the problem. Because of Coronavirus, they canceled coming back out. I am in limbo right now

Returned after 2 days

Until there’s a better version of this thing, stick to the free Windows app.

Next to a few bug fixes, we have added support for Dolby Vision and HDR10+ content. It is now possible to synchronize your Philips Hue lights with these content formats (before only possible to passthrough content). Next to you can program Sync Box to respond to your standard TV remote control. Lastly you can control certain Sync Box functionalities with your voice, applicable to Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa and Apple Siri. Will not pair for setup!

Prevents me from continuing setup in the Hue Sync App, so the device is useless. Even tried with iPhone 6 and Tablet. No luck.

For Android users, it is also required to have Location services (GPS) turned on during the Bluetooth scan and configuration in order for the Bluetooth service to work. You can try to Kill the Hue Sync app, Power cycle the box, turn Bluetooth off and then on again on the phone, together with the Location services (GPS). After that, start the Hue Sync app and when asked about Blinking blue, choose yes.
