I have purchased several of these lights and the diversity of colors and ease of use with my phone are amazing

Great lights for any occasion, easy to install and set up. These are brighter than the Hue Go and the colors are rich and vibrant.

These give off great light and the Hue app allows for so much customization. I just wish they were cheaper.

The bars did exactly as designed. Had to return only because they weren’t needed in the final layout. Which I hated cause they were also on sale.

These lights are a great addition to my large Hue collection. However, I feel the mounting options could be much better. I mounted them on back of Sony XBR Z9, which has plastic backing with a square pattern that most likely affects the stickers from adhering properly, but the lights fall off regularly. I really wish there were more mounting options and were able to rotate. Larger stand options would also be nice so you wouldn't have to stick them to the TV and could still get them to the height of your preference. In all it's a good, not great, product and works as expected. I'm still glad I picked them up but I'll probably get the next model because I bet they upgrade them with a more modular mounting system.

I have these two lights mounted behind my Samsung TV with the self-adhesive strips and use it to create a different scene when watching movies. It was easy to set up but note that the hue IDs are near the base where the lights plug into an adapter in order to get these set up after the fact. I just got a new router and had to reconfigure the hue app and manually had to enter these two lights as I couldn't' scan the QR code without removing them from my tv.

Very easy integration into an existing Hue home. The included 3M adhesive strips mount very easily to the back side of the TV and the light produced on the wall looks great. I am interested to see how well these adhere over time.

Works as advertised. The cord is short though 3 lights can be used with the single adapter plug that comes with the 2-pack. I may pick up another 2-pack in order to add a third light for my TV and add the fourth light elsewhere since that would provide me with another adapter. If you want to consider more adapter plugs, you may want to purchase the single packs instead. The added expense should not make much of a difference.

Great for back lighting. Helps illuminate the space w/o being too bright & sets the mood & ambiance.

I have these setup behind my OLED TV and they are great to provide ambiance and light around the TV to avoid eye fatigue if you’re prone to that. Like all Hue lights you’ll need the app to set them up. It comes with two types of ‘stands’. One is angled and the other is vertical, allowing you to place the lights is different ways. If you have a bigger TV than 75”, three of these lights might be better. The lights have the full color spectrum so you can choose any color.

Very good nice colors the only thing have to change is not have to use externar box for sync

I really like the execution here. I bought and used for a day before returning because they were overpriced for their use case—I don’t watch TV at all and only sometimes play video games. Not are games are compatible with this but for those that are, it does add to the experience

Easy to setup. Had some mount pieces that made zero sense. But otherwise, it was an easy setup. Don't toss anything as the serial number can be needed to set these up. Make sure you do that before tucking them into a tight spot.

The best partner for my streaming. Makes vibrant colors and works well to set your ambiance.

Philips is awesome. These are my latest and I put behind tv. I love Philips and they are pricey because they work. Perfect because you can place them just the way you want. Highly recommend

I now own three sets of these. I use them for TV backlighting, ambient lights, and general lighting. The hide well, throw great colors, and work with Alexa. Great for syncing up to TV and PC games, to throw the screen colors behind the screen. helps with the aging eyes, and improves immersion. I've gone all-in on Hue lighting system, and they have yet to disappoint. This kit (or the starter kit) is a great way to jump into the pool.
