Nice addition to the entertainment center. The lights provide good ambient back lighting for the TV. I do not have the SYNC box (did not want it), and the lights still work fine - similar to other Hue lights.

I absolutely love these light bars. I added these to my Hue color bulb and they make my movie room much more enjoyable. My next addition with definitely be the hue sync box!

Phillips hue never disappoints !!!! I have owned several products from this company, they are of the highest quality. I will never use any other brand but Phillips hue. Play bars rock !!!!

I am addicted to Philips Hue lights. I have numerous Play units - this one expands the family. I have Plays mounted over the kitchen counter, in glass cabinets, wherever I can fit them.

I have these set up right underneath my 65inch tv and man! They’re awesome! I love how versatile they are. I still haven’t decided if I want them sitting or mounted on the back of the tv! They look great on both.

I love these lights so darn much, it helps with eyestrain, i dont get headaches from playing long into the dark, every game i play i feel so immersed thanks to these bad boys.

I placed these behind my TV like a lot of people did, and it creates such a warming atmosphere. I want to get the connection for HDMI display of what's on screen, just not sure if $200 is worth it.

I bought one loved it and then bought two...The interesting thing is that both are controlled from the same power unit which is nice for certain things but I wish I had an Nother power unit to spread them out even further

I thoroughly enjoy Hue lights. I currently have five of these light bars around my TV hooked to the Hue sync box. Makes for amazing immersive lighting.

We have quite a few Hue lights in and around the house, they work quite well, but really are quite pricey. we have yet to try another brand, so we have nothing to compare them too, but i'm sure there are cheaper brands that will do the same thing

Easy setup and so many color variations and scenes to choose from.

Absolutely love these... have three in a Wall Unit, now bought two more for a Curio Cabinet. They work well with my other Hue Smart Devices and Apple HomeKit. Just wish they were a little cheaper.

The lights sync great with the Hue Sync application. Lights are very responsive and mirror the colors on the desktop screen.

They make my room look great at night!, I probably buy more in the future!

After a tremendous amount of deliberation I finally decided to buy these lights when I was able to catch them on sale...... And honestly, I don't recall ever being so dissatisfied with a purchase. I purchased these lights with the intent of creating ambient lighting for my living room, behind my television. Straight up, I am here to tell you that these lights are not worth the money, are not as bright as they seem in the store displays and in order for them to sync up with your television you need to buy an additional hub device that is priced at $230 at the time of writing this..... Even with the additional hub, the results are incredibly dismal at best and I am literally returning these lights to the store today. My list of complaints with this product is incredibly long but I would say the biggest issues are: 1) Overpriced 2) Quality is not what I'd expect for price point 3) Two of these lights positioned behind my 65-inch flat screen TV are not bright enough to create ambient lighting in my tiny living room. (I had considered purchasing another single light, but once I did the math and realized that I had already spent $420 plus taxes for JUST ambient lighting behind my television. I refused to pay any more money for such an incredibly frivolous and non-necessary thing. 4) Hue app straight up sucks 5) Poor range of colors to choose from I would say that if you STILL want to purchase these lights do so at your own risk.... They have the potential to be so cool, but in real life are so dumb. The only way I can ever see these living up to their full potential without spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars would be if you utilize them behind a desktop computer monitor, otherwise completely forget it.

My entire home is comprised of Hue products. I love the ease of use and different varieties.

The Philips Hue is great. Works great when playing games or watching movies. The color changes based on action on screen. Excellent item and the make the room feel lively and enjoyable.
