It's ok but I question the value

There's nothing entirely special about it to justify the cost in my opinion. You can achieve the same effect at a fraction of the cost with a regular color Led bulb lamp stuck behind your TV.

I cannot fault Best Buy since the box was sealed when I purchased. Now as far as the product goes I have had my first set of these for 6 months now and I love them, I purchased them a hub and an HDMI box from Phillips Hue and they work flawlessly. The ambient light follows what is playing on the tv and when music is playing it gives a light show.
