These work great with the Hue Play HDMI Sync Box, watching movies is 100 times better now. Might be getting another set, to cover the top and bottom of the TV as well, since I only have the 2 on the sides right now.

Great product, good lighting Power cord could be longer

These light bars are my favorite hue products. I use 3 around my monitor and using the hue sync app can make any gaming/viewing experience so immersive. I highly recommend them to anyone looking at hue products.

These lights are cool...does what it says and lights up nice behind the TV

I purchased 2 sets of these, one for my computer and one for my television and it works great on both. On the the PC I have it syncing with Hue Play to change colors based on what I am doing on the screen. The only thing I wish was that the bars would turn off when I turned my computer off. They’ll turn on with the computer, but won’t turn off. I won’t take a point off for that because it’s most likely something that was overlooked in software. Other than that the bars are very bright and 2 were enough to use as ambient lighting for a 65” television. For a larger television I’d probably go with 3.

Really like how the lights look. However they don’t seem to work with the Hue scenes and change color through the scene. Also kinda bummed that I need to drop another $200+ for the HDMI box to integrate with what’s on the TV. Would have been nice if it was built into the unit.

I already have the rear TV light and four of the bars in the room decided to add two more works awesome with the sync when you’re watching movies

I have this set configured with the rest of my hue lights but have these positioned behind the TV. This creates a nice ambient effect in the evenings when I don't have the main light on but have these on illuminating the wall behind the TV.

My son is a big fan of "smart home" gadgets and asked for this. It seamlessly fit into his Alexa based "ecosystem" and he loves all the features for various mood lighting and all the other controls that come with the device. Recommend to all smart home enthusiasts.

Don’t wait for that eternally out of stock, particularly pricy Hue brand ambient LED back-lighting for your TV. They little babies produce plenty of light for your 75” or smaller television to bask in. +++++

I initially purchased the strips but was not happy with the length limitation and the cheap feeling for something that cost $89.00. I’m happy I waited for these b/c they’re perfect for placing behind mounted TVs. Reduces eye strain but most importantly looks amazing.

100% satisfied. Using only for soft white lighting and they work great. If you’re only using it for white lighting, can connect to an Amazon Alexa to use. You don’t have to buy a bridge unless you want to change colors

I like the idea of the Philips Hue. These lights add a different dimension to TV viewing.I highly recommend them. I have the two lights on each side of my Samsung Q90 75" , I will be adding a third to the top of the TV.

I use the HUE system throughout my home, and especially in my tv room set up.. I have these on the back of my tv, and its works AWESOME!!! I have them set up to the hue sync box, and it is a great addition to the theater experience

The lights work by themselves, but apparently you need to purchase a hub to change the colors. It's unfortunate because I purchased these to use for a video and didn't realize that before.

Purchased for my gaming setup. Links up easily to hue app on pc and will go in sync with any games, music, or movies you watch. It's a cool way to enhance your entertainment experience, whatever that may be.
