Great Alternative to Using a Lightstrip Behind TV

Already had the 2 pack for the left and right lights, so added this for the bottom. These are much cheaper alternatives to using any of the Philips Hue lightstrips; however, keep in mind that each play bar counts toward the light limit of the hub.

Ambiance for the home theater experience

The app control is great and it works incredibly well with a hub for using with Siri. Only downside is I wish it could change colors, blink etc like my LIFX bulbs do.

I love the way they sync up with my computer to deliver a great light show to compliment gaming or watching movies. My only complaint is they don’t have a way to sync with a ps4 unless you are using the ps stream through a computer it lags too much for my taste.

I have it by my bed as a reading light, use it in the living room to create a lovely ambiane for dinner, and it is great background for virtual workshops/hangouts. I love the option to set a timer-- keeps me accountable to turn off electronics and call it a night.

Won’t disappoint

I have yet to use the full capability of this light with gaming systems but look forward to that. I plan on purchasing two more as it looks much better than I planned.

MUCH better than LED lightstrips

They give a nice, even light to the wall and have infinite colors. I have these hooked into a Hue Playbar. I originally looked at the new Hue ambient lightstrip, but they are pretty much unavailable to purchase.
