Fantastic switch. Looks and feels like standard switch plate. Has multiple light hues from soft to bright blue tint. Dim is dim. Bright is bright. Great price.

Great complement for existing Phillips Hue users. Works great and easy instillation. Love the magnetic attachment. One can easily remove the switch and use it as a remote.

Great buy for your hue light system can control 1 to 4 lights or whole home is a wireless remote that you can walk around with or it has a magnetic holder that attaches to the wall and makes it look like a regular powered light switch you can add more then one to the system just wish they where a bit cheaper I paid $25 think they should only be $20 I would by more

Finally purchased these to prevent having to get my iPhone out every time I wanted to turn lights on, unlock it, find the app, etc. Glad I did. I also just realized that repeated presses cycle through preset lighting scenes, so it's a nice, low cost, all-in-one solution for stumbling into the kitchen at 01:30 to get a glass of water and hitting a light switch.

I LOVE all of the Philip Hue line of products so far. At first, I thought I would try this out and maybe return it because I pretty much use my smart phone for everything. However, after setting this up, it proves to be useful and handy. It is good for guests and other member's of the household to use. Also, if the Internet goes down, this device still works to control the lights. YES!

While controlling your bulbs with your voice (through a voice assistant), an app on your phone, or automation tools like IFTTT gives them a lot of value, these physical switches make the bulbs more accessible to anyone. The ability to set different scenes at a press of a button has made my smart bulbs a less quirky part of my home.

Exactly what I expected it to do, and now even better with the newer updates. By clicking on multiple times, you cycle through your favorite light recipes. And of course you can dim, brighten, and turn off. So in other words, 4 buttons, but you have 5+ more possibilities at your fingertips away from your phone. Easier for guests to use without the need of the app. Much more realistic day to day use.

Beautiful ad-on accessory to a Philips Hue system. This is convienent as there can be a wall-switch for guests that don’t have your Homekit installed on their phones; or when you ran out of battery on your phone; etc. you can simply have the option to press this on the wall. There is also up to 5 preset color themes you can save on this switch as well as dimming in increments of 10%

Once I got my place covered in Hue lights, it was almost a life altering moment where we all had to re-program ourselves from using switches to our voices. We also live in apt, so changing any switches or anything like that was out of the question. So I never really put much effort into researching the light switches until I watched a video with this switch in it, and knew I had to get it. I may sound silly and "behind times" compared to most people, but giving myself the option to use a light switch again was amazing. And the fact it doubles as a remote, and comes with double sided tape so you're not drilling into the walls is what really sold me, again, because I live in an apt. This accessory is ridiculously easy to set it up, and comes with some nice built in features like dimming, and repeatedly hitting the "On" button switches between presets that you can either set yourself, or use the defaults. Got it on sale for $20, which to me is well worth it because anyone who's ever installed high quality dimmer switches know they run between $20-$30 depending on the brand, sometimes more. So to pay $20 for a switch that does ALL that, is portable, and I can change what room its assigned to any time...well worth it.

My initial frustration with Phillips Hue lights was that there was no physical switch to turn lights off and on. Yelling at Alexa can only go so far before I just give up and use my phone. This controller is exactly what I hoped for. It does the job and is easy to understand. Definitely recommend if you still want that physical button feeling to operate your lights.

Was going without this for a few months since purchasing my hue lights. And just using my phone to control my lights. But after getting this there’s no way I’d go back. It lets you set 4-5 different settings to cycle through. No need to mount if you don’t want. And no longer having to search for my phone every time I want to turn the lights on anymore!!

Philips - Hue Wireless Dimmer Switch with Remote - White is wonderful and the right solution for some uses. It works great in a room which has only a single switch - like a bedroom. It's easy to turn on and off. It was easy to integrate with the Philips app. Of course I love controlling the light via Alexa.

We’ve automated everything and we needed a quieter way to turn lights off when the kids went to bed. Yeah the switch works. But have you ever been woken by a kid screaming “alllllllllleeeeeeeeeexxxxxxxaaaaaaaa....turn on bedroom” over and over at 3am. Once for this guy

Much more configurable than it appears before purchase. Repeated presses of the ON button allow you to rotate between 5 different scenes (color schemes) for 1 or 2 rooms at a time. Each scene is then dimmable. As long as you understand the rotation you've set, it work really well. It may be confusing at first if you use default settings because the first press give you "last on state". If you already have the lights on and it has been more than 10 seconds, then the rotation resets and your first press becomes "last on state" again, but that is the same as "current state" so you see no change and think it's not working, but it's responding perfectly. The ability to remove the button pad from the wall plate (magnetically) and bring it with you is great. Best example of this might be entering the bedroom and turing the lights on. You bring the remote with you and as you prepare for bed, you want to do some reading. You now change the color temperature to your reading preference and dim the light(s). When ready to tuck-in, you hit OFF, leave the remote on the nightstand until morning, and start snoring away. It's there waiting for you to tune the lights on when you wake and return to the wall plate on your way out. Very useful and configurable. Very easy setup via Hue app. Worth every penny and will be buying more as we can afford to Hue-ify our home.

Siri support is great, but for guests or people without devices to access your Hue system, having this switch makes it easy to control the lights without the need for either a new physical light switch requiring new electrical work or a central "control" device that everyone can access. The setup is easy and the 3-M-command-like adhesive makes this product easy to move around your home.

A favorite in our house & we just can’t get enough of the hue lights & switched! Excellent smartphone access & works perfect via google home.

Since I switched my whole room to Phillips hue I was primarily using the app to control the lighting. This made it difficult or almost impossible for anyone else to turn on the lights. I wall mounted this wireless switch outside my door. It's easy to use and easy to setup. If I forget to use the app when I walk in the door, a simple push of a button lights up the whole room.
