If you've got Hue lights and all you want to do it turn them on and off, this is how to do it. It does have dimmer buttons, but they're a little awkward to use. A slider or dial would have been more more convenient. Installation was as simple as sticking it on the wall with an adhesive strip. I love the fact that the controller can be popped out of its holder so you can put it on your nightstand, table, etc. or left in the holder and used just like a conventional fixed light switch.

I’ve bought several of these switches for Phillips hue, they’re a great little device to have but there’s only about a 50% success rate every time I press the button on them on whether or not it’ll actually turn the lights on or off. I’m frequently getting a red light on it and I’ve reset it a few times and messed with a few settings in the app and nothing really seems to help, I’ve even replaced one once and it still does the same thing I guess I just have too many lights and switches for my bridge to really be able to handle.

I have Phillips bulbs throughout my house. And while I automate/schedule some actions, sometimes you just want the ability to turn them on and off with a good ole fashioned switch. This baby fits the bill. It's easy to use and set up and is no frills. On/off and dim/bright. That's it. It takes minutes to set up.

This dimmer makes it very simple to control the Hue lights in a room. Sometimes for my wife simple is better. Late at night just pushing a button is much easier for her than trying to dim the lights with google assist or opening the app.

Definitely recommended if you have a Philips Hue system! The switch can be a remote and now there's no need for me to get my phone to just turn on the lights. I have a v2 hub that's home kit enabled, the switch/remote is definitely way more convenient than grabbing your phone and talking to Siri. The dimmer function just gave it a 5 stars!!!

These are great! Nice to have when you have others sharing your house with you. I typically control my lights from my phone or voice through Siri. However, this is nice to have on the wall next to the light plate for my kids to access.

I bought this to control 3 new Philips Hue lights in our family room. I like to use the phone app, but sometimes I just want "quick action" to turn the lights on or off, or to dim them. It's much faster and easier to reach over and click a button. Plus my wife prefers using the physical switch over the app. This was a great purchase.

These switch replacements control our hue bulbs. Having this on the wall near the entry to a room replaces the regular light switch. It enables us to dim the lights or bring them to full bright. We use these in combination with the sensor device to control when the lights are on or off in the room.

Updates my house to a smart home and have hue lux bulbs in my nightstand chandeliers. These remotes were the only way to turn the lights off without yelling at Alexa or getting out of bed to get a wall switch. They work great and there is little lag.

This dimmer works just as expected and is very responsive. Comes with a wall mount that looks great next to my Lutron light switches.

The hue dimmer switch is easy to setup under the settings within the hue app and allows whatever lights you have to be turned on or off by the switch. I love them I own one for a master switch by my front door so if I come in and am not yet connected to my app or wifi I can turn on my lights with one easy push. Likewise I can push the switch to turn them all off with ease knowing all the lights are off. Given every bulb I have is s hue bulb. I love this product! I added one to the master bedroom that controls just that room so I don't have to create a scene if I only want that room on!

Bought this switch a couple of days after buying the Philips Hue Starter Kit. For me, it's a must have component. The phone interface is simple enough, but having to get your phone and open the app each time can get tiresome rather quickly. Having the switch makes it so much easier and faster to turn the lights on.

I liked the first Switch/Dimmer so much, I bought a second for another room in the house. Although it had some trouble at first because it's located pretty far from the hub it did start working even though the app says it can't connect to the bulbs. It seems to work fine in spite of that and kind of fixed it's self after a few hours.

I have these all over the house. I even have three of them on my fridge for kitchen ceiling lights. The base that holds the dimmer switch itself has glue strips on the back. It also has strong magnets and screw holes for a variety of attachment methods. Very easy to set up and very functional.

It disconnects some times but aside from that it works great and is a must have because pulling out your phone can be annoying sometimes

Turning on/off your lights with the app or your voice is fun and helpful, but sometimes a light switch is just easier. This dimmer also allows 4 different scenes to be set with the on button, which can be set in the app. Sticks on the wall with built in 3M tape or magnets.

These are almost required when adding an additional room to your Phillips setup. It allows you to quietly light things up when you don’t have your phone on you or don’t want to use your voice commands in Front of others. Now if you’re single and have a smart watch.....

If you want to use WiFi bulbs without the hassle of asking your home device (like Alexa or Google) to turn lights off and on for you, this is for you. Easy to set up and you can take the remote into a room with you so you have more access to adjust the lights. We have two and love them.

The wall mounted switches are great for certain rooms. I think they work best for specific/quick use rooms. Having a switch as I go into our open floor plan kitchen or bathroom is very handy. The response from the bulbs is fast and the batteries last a long time.
