Looked at both the Tap Switch (round) and this wireless dimmer switch. Found this was more in line with what was already on the wall, didn't stick out to far and provided pretty much the same functionality of the Tap Switch. Glad I bought this one. Does exactly what I was hoping for. Highly recommended..

Switch was simple to pair using the Philips Hue app. Just add it as an accessory then configure which lights you want to only work with the switch. The mount can be attached to any wall and the switch is magnetic so you can keep it by a nightstand or slap it back onto the mount

Easily linked to my wireless lighting system (Philips). Bought two of these for various locations around the house.

Great for my son's room. No longer for he have to scream "Okay Google Turn my lights on". Set up was so simple. It took about 4 minutes to have it completely setup. A hub is required to use this product. This is a welcomed addition to my smart home setup.

The Dimmer works well like a remote for the lights, don't want to get up, here you go. great battery and easy to use.

This is a great addition to any hue room setup. If you don't have your phone on hand you can quickly turn on/off the room lights, cycle through several presets, and dim or brighten the lights. It's also removable and wireless so you can set the switch anywhere. Wotks very well and easy to set up.

Got this to operate my Philips Hue bulbs and other lighting. It works great, easy to operate, and set it up. You can stick the base anywhere since its wireless, it comes with sticker on the back for easy mounting.

I live in an apartment and they don't have dimmable light switches. So having the capability to dim any of my hue bulbs or strips at the touch of a button instead of opening up my phone everytime is very convenient and easy to use.

I now have several rooms of Hue bulbs and this was an important addition to a room with BR30 can lights. Being able to turn the lights on and make adjustments even if you left your phone in another room was important. You can assign your favorite 4 scenes to the ON button in addition to the last setting.

Nice switch that does not require a hard rewire. I placed several of these next to the original wired switch and it does jot look out of place. The best thing is that it is fast, easy, and requires no modification of your home.

Met my expectations for sure! You can turn on and off and dim the lights or have presets in the app.I liked the magnetic plate so I can just use it as a remote and not have it always on the wall. There is really stick adhesive tape included to mount the plate. Overall good product.

We use these every day. Its magnetic so it sticks to our fridge. It's also portable so you can take it as a remote. It's just faster and easier to click the button to turn on our living room hue bulbs with this rather than asking Alexa to turn on our living room lights.

Voila. It's like magic. Love these things. Couldn't recommend enough. They are expensive so if you can't afford to outfit substantially your whole house then I don't recommend buying even one because you will want to buy more.

If your only lookin g to tune the lights on and off. Then this is your product. It does have some slight settings you can switch between that changes how bright the lights get. It is so easy to set up even a cave man can do it. But seriously it’s a great hue product.

I love these and wish they were in stock more often! This lets all my visitors/guests/friends be able to easily control the lights without fiddling with an app or a voice assistant.

I love my hue lights especially tethered to the rest of my smart home. They are one of my most favorite purchases. My wife on the other hand who is not a tech lover hates them because you have to use your phone or Echo dot to turn them on. This product was a great compromise. She likes it and it allows her to turn the living room lamps off / on / dim and rotate between 4 other scenes. The base is magnetized and we keep it attached to a frame of our daughter on our end table. Way to add tech to non-tech people Philips.

Very helpful when you don't have ceiling lights and lamps. Great for first time apartment buyers.

"I just want to turn the lights on with the switch like I used to, not having to use my phone all the time". Well now she has a switch and works perfectly. I like that even if you change the color setting, when you hit the on switch (even if the light ARE on) they go back to the on switch color settings.

Easy was to control you Philips Hue lights. Pros: You can set multiple scenes to the On button to scroll through them quickly. You can pick one or more lights to be controlled. Cons: You only get a single gang plate so adding to a double gang is a bit difficult to make it look proper. FYI: To get past the double or large gang box issue, I used a plate with a blank and attached the controller with 3M tape. While this works, it removes the ability to detach it and use it as a remote.

Have my hue lights wired up to my existing light switch in my room. This dimmer switch is the only way I can turn my lights off by a switch and keep my last light color settings. Best way to use your hue lights if they’re plugged into an active plug attached to a light switch!
