So I thought this would be a pretty good light switch. Especially since it's $25. However, I was very unimpressed when I opened the box. It's all thin white plastic. There are two sticky strips on the back for mounting it to the wall. I think it has a permanent way to mount, but I don't remember it's been a while since I put them up. Anyways, they are fairly light and feel very cheap. I was pretty let down too by the minimal capabilities offered through the hue app. Additionally, it has problems connecting to my bridge fairly frequently (at least once a day) and this happens between both my remotes. Overall, I don't think these are worthwhile unless you're the type of person that uses a switch to turn off hue lights, and that kind of defeats the purpose. A smart assistant is just as easy and cheap.

I use this product to add a light switch in my dining room area that had no light. I was able to create a hanging light using a Hue bulb and a hanging bulb socket kit.

A great addition if you do not want to take out your phone or have fallen out with Alexa. Works every time and so easy to add.

This was a great addition to the lights. Its handy for when I don't want to use my phone or for my roommate who doesn't have the app to be able to control the lights.

This is an easy install, use, and very portable. Just stick it, link it to a light, and can be taken around with in the house.

Love being able to use a switch still for my Hue lights. And I really enjoy that the on button can initiate different scenes depending on how many presses you use.

Love this remote and works great with any light you set it up to use. You can dim at your choosing or turn on and off. You have the option what lights or all lights.

Turning on and off or dimming your lights is fun with an app or your voice, but sometimes a switch is just faster. Nice compliment to a great product.

Sure, I can tell Alexa to change the lights, but that takes the seconds needed to vocalize a command, and then for Alexa to process the request. Much faster sometimes to just hit the switch when I'm walking into a room. Since these are battery powered, I can put them anywhere, and have added extra switches to large rooms. Love how versatile these are. Though they don't respond quite as fast as Lutron dimmer switches that are wired in, it's fast enough. And I love my Philips Hue lighting setup so much I don't care about an insignificant decrease in response speed.

Since i already had a hue Hub setup for other lights, the setup for this dimmer switch was a breeze.

I had some challenges getting it setup but realized it was due to too many lights on the philips hue base.
