We use it in the room that had a pull chain light and now it's like having a light with the light switch without having to run any wiring

These are the "killer app" for the Hue system. Without them, the system is a cool toy. With them, they are full lighting replacements with so many neat options. Highly recommend picking up one of these for every room that you have Hue lights installed in.

Makes turning the lights on so much easier. Siri and Hue App work great but this is even better. Simple to set up and works!

This switch has more features than expected. It allows you to select any of four light patterns. Plus it will remember what ever the last light pattern was. (Really it is the Hue app that does all of this working together with this switch) I am going to buy a second one.

The ease of being able to add a light switch and put it where I want is great.

We received one of these in a starter kit and added a second. The top button can be programmed in the Hue app to do five things, however, we've found the presses require a mild timing gap for the Hue receiver to cycle through the modes. In other words, you can't tap three times in rapid succession for the third mode. It is more aesthetically pleasing than the round dome switch.

No need to log in. I use it for a downstairs light. I turn it on before I go down in the morning and off at night after I am in bed.

I bought four of these to control my hue bulbs. Easy setup and work great. I only wish they could cover an existing light switch.

This product completes the Hue ecosystem - being able to control the lights with the phone and with my voice is great, but sometimes I just want to tap the switch on the wall - this allows me to do that without affecting the power to the Hue bulbs. As a bonus it is fully programmable.

These are kind of a must have if you use hue bulbs in a room. Since they work directly with the bulb and don't need the hub, you still have the ability to control the rooms bulbs even if your home network goes down.

What can I say, it does the job it was designed to do. I use it for my office where the light switch was put in a bad spot on the inside so I placed it outside which makes it easier to turn light on and off.

Controls the Hue bulbs when the bridge is installed without needing the app on your phone. It magnetically fits into a switch plate that you can mount on the wall. The buttons will allow you to step through presets, and dim. The app will allow you to change the presets.

this product was great, got it so guests could easily control lights if they were not connected to my apple home app

Not great. Could use some way to distinguish between buttons better. Don't use it much. Just came with the kit. Hue router and bulbs work flawless in our home.

I got it for when my girlfriend is sleeping and i dont want to tell google to turn my lights on. works like a charm
