Well let me qualify that. For getting a shave without a razor it's ok but for the trimming functions I think it is average at best.

Ok for the price

Philips: cranky customer service

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The batteries failed before the end of warranty, and Philips did replace it eventually after I contacted them about 5 times and sent them precisely the documentation they required. The replacement is a newer model that is washable and easier to keep free of "hair dust." This older one requires regular disassembly and soaking the heads in denatured alcohol, a tedious chore. Other than that, for a low-end model, it does the job.

Not my favorite Norelco model

Does the Job
