Worst Norelco I have ever owned.

I expected this shaver to be as good as or better than my previous Norleco shavers, but after using it for weeks (it was pulling out whiskers not cutting them) I tried to return it to Best Buy and they refused to take it back and give me a refund. I even tried to get them to to give me a credit towards a different model. Best Buy must have changed their return policies. I have always recommended Best Buy, but after this concern, I will do all my business with Amazon. I purchased another Norelco from from Amazon and I am satisfied with it, but not with Best Buy
