Real Disappointment

I'm now sorry I did. I would return it if I could. No matter how long I shave, whether I shave slowly or at regular speed, no matter how many different directions I shave with the grain, against the grain cross angles I can not get a close shave. I've used pre-shave tried wet `and it makes no difference. I will put this back on the shelf and use my old shaver.

Weak Power

Worth trying

They sent a new one and did not require I send it back. My first experience with an electric shaver. It shaved reasonably close and unliike manual shavers did not result in ingrown hairs.

No power

Also it will not operate when plugged in so you need to charge it in order to use it. If it sits for a short period of time the battery runs out pretty fast while shaving. I went back to my tried and true Norelco that I bought 24 years ago that give a better shave than this.

Norelco 3500, very poor for a good price

Does not work near as good as the 10 year old Norelco we were attempting to replace. It charges okay, and runs okay, but does not shave very well.

It is possible that your Norelco does not work properly because it is dirty. There can be hair or dirt particles stuck inside it, causing the shaving heads to be blocked.
To fix this problem, properly clean your shaver. If possible, remove the shaving head and clean your shaver from the inside as well. For detailed cleaning instructions, refer to your user manual.
