    Not cleaning well at all. Had really press and hold and go over lot of times to remove hair still can’t clean completely.

    I though this will be a good shave machine but not really, if your beard is a little bit big doesn’t do anything, I don’t recommend this item

    Weak battery, rotton shaver. It requires a daily charge,then runs for about 8 minutes. The shave it gives you is unacceptable

    Bought to replace a 7 year old Norelco. It lasted 2 months and the head went bad. Getting service has been a nightmare through the manufacturer or Best Buy.

    does not give a close shave but the worst part is it stopped working after only 2-3 uses. Do waste tour money instead spend a little more for newer options

If it stop working all of of a sudden it could be because it's dirty; there can be hair or dirt particles stuck inside it, causing the shaving heads to be blocked. Moreover, double-check that the travel lock on your device it's deactivated. You may see a 'lock' symbol blinking on your shaver to let you know that the travel lock is activated; to deactivate the travel lock, you can press the on/off button of your shaver for three to five seconds.

    When you turn this thing on it sounds like it is getting ready to lose its charge. It goes downhill from there. Returned.

    This product is great for the first few shaves after that it takes more than a half n hour to get a clean shave. I returned it to Best Buy for a refund.

    worst shaver I have ever had. It runs so slow, it struggles to cut hair. Trimmer is useless. Very cheap built.

    If you are looking for a quick charging shaver that you can travel with and use wet or dry look no further. The 3500 S3212 is easy to keep clean which is always important with electric shavers. The shave is close with no irritation on the face and it has a easy to use pop up trimmer. The charge gives about 50 minutes of shaving which is plenty of charge to travel with and not have to bring a cord. Overall a great choice for an every day shaver.

    I was never an electric razor fan until I discovered the wet/dry Philips Norelco Saver S6880 some time ago. Now, there is the 3500, which brings some very nice new features into play. At first, the 3500 felt a little heavy, but after using it a couple of times, that feeling went away. The shaving heads are reduced in size without losing effectiveness. Shaving wet or dry, I experienced no pinching or nicking of the skin. Overall, performance and comfort are very good. As to operating time, you can always count on Philips Norelco’s batteries. Start with a full charge, and you can shave for many days without even thinking about battery use. When you do, there’s a readout on the handle. Now, aside from performance, two new features on the 3500 make for more efficiency and reduction of overall shaving time. To trim your sideburns, mustache, and/or sideburns, you do not have to remove the shaving heads and then install the trimmer head. The trimmer is built-in, and all you have to do is press a tab to open it and then press the trimmer head back to close it. The other timesaving feature is that you don’t have to remove the shaving heads to clean them. Like the trimmer, you just press a button and they pop up for cleaning. Because the razor is waterproof, you rinse the heads and leave them open to dry or use some other drying method that doesn’t endanger the heads. Though I think my older S6880 has a slight edge in the shaving function, that does not keep me from feeling the 3500 is a winner. Yes, I would recommend it to a friend.
