(Over 40 years) and I’ve always found them to be the best quality and best performing shsvers on the market. My latest shaver needed replacement and I saw this one on sale so I grabbed it. This is by far the worst shaver over ever used. It feels like it’s made from cheap plastic. The motor has no power and the shaver head doesn’t appear to be spinning fast enough so it doesn’t cut my beard. It seems to me that Norelco tried to cut some corners to increase their profit. I would return this but I don’t live close enough to a Best Buy and it’s not worth the shipping charge to send it back. I guess it’s time to try to find a different shaver.

Does not get all of the beard not very smooth use either. Have to keep going over the same area a lot. The razor was just purchased. It is better than the one I used to have an old norelco
