I went from using a regular razor to strictly using this. I will say that it takes some getting used to, because, according to the manual, your hair basically has to be "trained" after many cuts. Essentially, the shaver should work better after a few weeks. The three circular blades and the entire top of the shaver swivel back and forth. This gets every curve and angle of your face and neck. It also comes with a trimmer head that can be put in place of the shaver head. The unit has lights on the handle to remind you to wash the unit and charge the battery. The power button can also be locked so if you travel a lot the shaver won't be turned on while in your luggage. Time will tell if the shave gets better and better, but over all this unit works great!

I have been shaving with Philips-Norelco for 60 years. I have been happy with all my previous shavers. But this one is very disappointing. It doesn't produce a close shave. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and thought that after a couple of months the new blades would adjust. Big mistake. This shaver takes many passes to achieve a "reasonable" shave. Waste of money...

Shaver dead before 8 months

Okay shave if done daily but lots of time going over the same place. Prior models worked better. It completely stopped working 2 days ago and won’t charge. We will see how the manufacturer handles the warranty.
