Horrible

Also the product seems of poor quality. Does not seem to have sufficient motor strength and design to give a good shave experience. Very tedious to even clear a small area to shave

This isn't typical Norelco quality!

I would have said buy a cheaper model but the quality on this one is already 'cheap' Now for the real issues: The shave isn't close at all, even for that 5 o'clock shadow. It takes 3-4 passes and hard pressure just to cut closely. The interchangeable heads are ridiculous to change and use for even the most basic trim jobs. Save your $$$ buy a different model!

Don't buy this-- beware!

Never got a decent shave with this, and it felt like all 3 heads weren't working. Turns out, only 2 of the 3 were turning. After cleaning it, the head locked up, so none of them turn. The unit itself and the replaceable trimmer work fine. Moral is you get what you pay for. Of course, it happened 2 weeks after return date...

garbage

The cutting head pops out of drive shaft that runs the head. Not constructed to stay put!! Aways during shaving the head unit falls out, during the last episode, I threw it in trash. The uit was discounted, so I bought it. I always was a Norelo user, and still am with the lift and cut base unit/

Not Smooth

Very good shaver
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I haven't used an electric shaver in many years since I have pretty sensitive skin and they would always burn/irritate me. I decided to give this one a try. I have used it for 3 weeks now with NO irritation which is amazing to me. I've used it both wet and dry with good results. I think the best results for me come when I use a small amount of shave butter and wet shaver. It charges fast and I can get at least a week of shaving out of one charge. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that is doesn't shave quite as close as a blade for me. The included precision trimmer is nice and gives a pretty close shave for my sideburns. This shaver did exceed my expectations and I continue to use it for the time it saves me in the morning.
