Didn’t feel like it shaved like it should left hairs uncut and not smooth.

THIS IS A PIECE OFF JUNK. BARELY DOES ANYTHING. VERY DISSAPPOINTED IN TIS PRODUCT.

not really the best item i ever bought... takes forever to get those tiny hairs..

It was dead out of the box and wouldn't charge. We returned it for a refund.

As someone who does not shave daily due to my facial hair not growing that quickly, this electric razor is a good fit for me. As with all electrics, when compared to a blade it will require some adjustments and a few uses before it's at it's peak efficiency. Even on first use it feels smoother than other electric razors I have tried. Works best when facial hair isn't very long. If you go too long between uses and it gets anything beyond barely noticeable stubble, it will still work but it will take significantly longer. Battery life is strong, I have used this 3 times a week for a few weeks now and have yet to charge it. The trimming attachment is also quite useful to edge up the side burns. Overall, a strong razor if a little imperfect due to it's struggles with longer hair.

Pulls hair and doesn’t shave at all and heads of razor bad quality

Every face is different, so your results may vary. For me, this shaver does not get nearly as close as a blade. Stubble appears much more quickly and my face doesn't feel as smooth. Also, I find it irritates my skin if I use it dry; but using it wet is very comfortable. Has a little trouble with heavy stubble. Easy to clean and dry out. Having said all of that, the non-close aspect of the shaver is okay for me, since I do like a little rougher look on my face. So I shave the night before, and I have a less-smooth look for the next morning. So that works well for me! If I want to go totally smooth, I use a razor. Overall, a decent electric shaver. For me, could be closer and the dry shave could be more comfortable, but not bad.

Very slow and it's struggles when you're cutting your hair on your face

I primarily shave with an old school safety razor using soap and brush for lather. I find its the best way for me to get a close, comfortable shave with my slightly sensitive skin. But I always keep an electric on hand for when I travel or for those mornings that the snooze button overtakes me. I must say, this electric is far better than the older Norelco I have had for a few years. The head, with its improved swivel, does a much better job of reaching under the nose and around the jaw line. And the ability to use it with warm water and shave gel? VERY nice. I just might find myself using this a little more often than I expected. (But it will never replace the satisfaction of a good old lathered brush and safety razor.)

Solid shaver and much closer than the lower level models (a good overall investment).

First, I must preface that I have used Norelco Electric Shavers for close to 40 years. Yes, I have tried other brands of electric shavers but have always returned to the Norelco as the Gold Standard of electric shaving. I like their durability and ease of use along with a good shave. PROS: Lightweight with a good ergonomic feel in your hand Can be used wet or dry and in the shower Gives a great, smooth, and comfortable shave I feel this model shaves me closer than my older model Charges easily and quickly Easy to clean under the faucet Reminder light to clean the shaver Ability to "lock" the power button while traveling CONS: Can't use the cord if you forget to charge. It will not run with the charger attached. Not a fan of having to remove the shaving head to attach the trimmer head. It's not easy to pull off and install the other device..almost feels like it could break. I personally like the models with the attached pop-up trimmers, especially when traveling so I don't have another thing to pack or loose. No travel case...would be nice to keep the trimmer with the shaver while traveling. Overall I would recommend this shaver. I give this a four star simply because of the hassle of changing the heads from shaving to trimmer mode. If that's not a problem for you, then it's a 5 star rating.

For the price you can’t beat this razor and the features! I’ve had many other razors and this one is just so convenient. It’s small but not too small if you have bigger hands. It travels well on trips and the trimmer is a nice added feature!

Very little shave irritation Cons Motor is not a powerful as some other models. Great for touching up and maintenance but not full long growth removal. Conclusion This makes a good travel shaver for holidays and trips small portable. My hair is curly so your use may differ. Works well with shaving lather and such products.

My husbands old razor died and that’s how we stumbled upon this one. Wowza- he and I are both impressed with the closeness of the shave! Pain free, quick and low mess clean up(stray hairs in the sink)

I was really excited for my husband to try to try this shaver and so was he when I showed it to him. He had been wanting a shaver since he uses a straightedge. I watched him use it. It was a learning curve at first for sure and there is a technique to it. He liked it until he broke out all over his head the next day which has NEVER happened. His head is burning and bumps everywhere. I wouldn’t recommend. Maybe he just has sensitive skin, but either way he can’t use it if he’ll break out every time.
