    Poor Electrical Pin Connectors

    After almost 4 months one of the electrical connector pins broke off of the razor and now it won't charge. And now I can't exchange it and if I send it back to the company, then how long will it take if they agree to repair it? I'll use it until the present charge depletes, then I'll buy another brand. I am so disappointed
