This shave is OK if the beard is overnight growing

Looks great and I expected it to work well. However, it just doesn't do the job, and it cut my skin rather than my beard. My ancient Norelco shaver with dull blades does a better job.

Great look did not like the new head stile some how hard to use at chin area. Sometimes when you run the center of the heads in your chin the bottom will pull as you move up.

I have tried many different razors and this one does not provide a close enough shave for my liking. Maybe best for sensitive skin users.

Not the best shaver out there, doesn't shave certain areas like spots on your neck.

I own several shavers Norelco, this one in particular is not shaving like it should, have to spend more time shaving and leaves my face red every time, I paid a lot of money for it but not worth it just for the automatic washing, I will never buy another one.

Not useful for bald head. 1 hr. to cut his head...

I don't recommend it , it's not good as other models from Philips , I used to have the old 9300 and there is no comparison .. I would like to return it , but I have used it already

this is my fourth machine, 1st 3 were good, this one very poor performance.

Waste of money! Hurts to use, not very powerful at all. Should of returned it

I was in the market for a new electric shaver. I was doing alot of research on this, and finally came to this model. So far it is great, forms to your face, the cleaner has a great scent. The only complaint that I have is the trimmer does not go extremely close to your skin. You have to grab a razor and clean it up. But overall great shaver!!!

Short and sweet: I started by using the trimmer to get all my facial hair short enough to use the razor. After about five minutes of shaving I rinsed my face and realized I had a bunch of random hairs all over my face and my chin and neck looked completely untouched. No big deal maybe I wasn't being through enough. I spent another ten minutes just trying to clean up my chin and neck, I finally stopped out of frustration when all that was happening was hair pulling and I started bleeding. Not sure how this is quicker or more convenient than shaving and it definitely doesn't contour or shave even 1/5 as well.

This is the first electric shaver I have purchased and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. give a good close shave and it's great if you're in a hurry.

This shaver is ok. The only complaint I have is that it does not shave a close as manual razors. If you are looking for that close shave, this may not be the one for you. other than that, it's a great shaver.
