Better than I expected

As I can no longer do so, I decided to try a new Philips/Norelco electric. My old one is a "two-round-header" from 1971. This new one shaves MUCH smoother and is FAR quieter. One can compare, favorably, its job to "wet" shaving.

Best shaver I've ever had

I trust the name of Phillips and picked the 9000 series which is the top of the line. i knew i am going to use it for another 10 years or more. In one word about this product is I like the smooth feeling after shaving.

After using it a few times, I'm back to quality razor blades and only get this out if I'm out of blades. It does a decent job, but not impressed with the high price tag.

Great electric razor!

I was apprehensive because they have made so many changes since I purchased my last razor. Wasn't sure I would like the "cleaning system", and didn't like having to change the shaving head to the trimmer. But I must say I like both. Would definitely recommend this razor.

Overpriced junk

The cleaning unit that comes with it is cheap rubbish. It certainly cleans the razor, but it is temperamental. It starts on its own for no apparent reason, and if the razor reaches full charge during cleaning cycle, it simply stops mid cycle.

The cleaning attachment is easy to use, does take a while (about 4 hours) but not needed every day about once every 2 weeks, depending how many times you shave. Overall great value for the price
