But, I like my old norelco spectra 8825xl way better. Even when it doesn't hold a charge anymore. It just takes a little longer to shave. It's a more gentler shave too. Also you don't have to keep buying the refill cleaner.

The material looks pretty cheap. The trimmer does not come with a clip to change the length of trimming. The case that it comes with only has space for the shaver and not the trimmer. The material for the case is also pretty cheap. Over all not a great shaver for the price.

My boyfriend used this product and his head looked like someone pranked him by cutting his hair with a pair of clippers while he was sleeping...He literally had patches of hair after we went at his head for over an hour!!! I circled over the same patch of hair for 30 minutes and it still didn't shave it off. And we made sure to use electric shave and shaving gel! We ended up having to use a straight razor to shave his head. Do not buy this product!!! Ways over priced and terrible quality! 7 years ago we had the same brand, same series, lower model number (cheaper Walmart version) and it worked 1000× better up until it broke recently, so we bought this one...Still on the hunt.
