I read such great reviews, however, does not work good for him. It pulls on the hair in certain curves on his face and it leaves a nasty razor burn in others. Keep researching!!

But, if you have a thick hair it will not satisfy you and you can feel after a couple of time it hurts to use for mustache or jaw area that there is thicker hair. The other issue is that the manufacturer O&M says use at least for 3 weeks to help your skin to get adapted to new shaver. But, BestBuy return policy of is only 15 days which is not match with Philips O&M. Now, I should go through to return process with manufacturer and it take 6-8 weeks to get back my money. This process is really time consuming and frustrating.

Costs more than Panasonic Arc 5 and not as close

It takes way longer, gets crazy hot (even with quality electric pre-shave) and isn't as close. Also was more than $100 above the Pierce of an Arc 5.

Not very happy especially when you exspect this product to work and you gotta mess with the razor before you can shave.
