It did not help and I was saddened by the situation. I used it dry and wet just to make sure. Was great to use just not for me.

Cleaning System Does Not Work

Really don't care for the separate attachment for beard trimming. The cleaning unit did not work properly. It would not go into the dry mode, and I would always have a soaked shaver. Philips sent me a replacement. The replacement will not clean, and is stuck in the dry mode. Have not received the 3rd replacement as of yet, and Philips customer service has not responded for over a week. Cannot recommend this product.

Not worth the money

very disappointing for money paid

I have tried shaving dry, putting water on my face and even using shaving cream/gel as they suggest. I do not get a close shave. I have purchased Norelco shavers before that gave me a shave as good and probably better then I get with this. And I only paid $30.00 to $60.00 in the past. I bought this on sale for $239.00 and regret not buying one for under $100.00

Noisy cleaning pump, cheap feel.

Also the quality of the parts feels cheaper than a cheap supermarket $40 dollar razor. I see Norelco says this product is no longer available, maybe they are just getting rid of old bad stock.

Rather use a rusted bic

It misses spots no matter how many time you go over it, it can’t take 2 days of growth. Won’t buy any Phillips again

It is possible that the performance of your shaver has declined because it is dirty. There can be hair or dirt particles stuck inside it, causing the shaving heads to don’t function correctly.
