The razor did not come with an electrcal cord. Hard to find out if you like it or not without power

Not happy with this device. Broke in 6 months of usage. Not worth of the price

My husband loves it, easy to use and clean. He uses it everyday, it charges very quickly and you can take it when you travel

I do enjoy this shaver. It is my first rotary and I'm still getting used to it. It is a gentle , light weight, quiet electric shaver. I'm not convinced it is worth this high of price yet, but mayber I'm not familiar with the shaver yet. FYI, the replacement heads are $ 60 and $ 12/2-pack SmartClean Cartridge. Don't get me wrong this is a nice shaver. It can be used in the shower or with shaving cream or gel.

I bought my husband this shaver because its the only one he will use. He has gone through so many and none of them make his face feel as smooth as this one. He has to shave everyday because he is in the military and he has never liked the disposable razors. He has bought this one once before but it finally died after having it for 3 years, it just wouldn't charge anymore but this new one comes with an extended warranty if you register it within a couple days of receiving your product though Philips and a coupon for half off more solution you need to keep the product in clean working order.

Works well. Easy to hold and operate. Cool battery powered indicator.

I have had a number of Norelco shavers. I usually got the less expensive ones but this time I brought the more expensive one. Boy! What a different. The shave is closer, better blades and a lot nicer. Glad I went and got this one.

Thank you Philips Norelco 3500 this is a good shaver. It is light in my hand and holds a charge for a really long time. When you do have to charge it the battery is up to full power quickly.

the 9300 is a joy to use. this is the first electric I've used in 30years. wow what an improvement, smooth, gentle (no pulled hairs) and easy to clean. Not as close as my Feather Double Edge razor (nothing comes close) but perfect for a daily shave. No Bumps or ingrown hair, that was the reason for not using an electric for the past 30 years.

The razor is good, but the charge cord fits the razor but not the cleaning station. The directions say that you use the cord for both. That is not working here. For all the money it should work right. I am a bit disappointed I am hoping to be able to bring it to the store and get the cord that fits the cleaner...why would they give you a cleaner without a cord?

This shaver surpasses my old norelco shaver and I didn’t think I’d ever say that , as I loved the old . The expense is well worth it.

Hubby still loves this shaver 4 years later.. wish I could find replacement blades for it!

I've been using a Norelco triple-header for decades. I bought this one almost a year ago, since the advertising was that it was great, the reviews were excellent, and to have the guts to offer it at such a high price, it had to be good, or so went my thought process. I have to say that this is the worst shaver I have ever had, without question or hesitation, and I dearly wish I would have returned it within the refund period, but I figured for such a high price, it had to be ME, not the product. Wrong, it is the product. The shaves are not at all close, and if you press against your face too hard, the head will come off, dropping on the floor, and the heads (which are very poorly held in place by plastic fasteners that do not do their job) will scatter all over. In fact, the shaves I get with this product are not even as good as the ones I get with my older $39 Norelco triple-header. Be warned if you are thinking about spending big money for this, assuming it will be that much better -- it won't be and you will regret the purchase, as I do.

bought it for a try. turned out it works better than thought. decide to keep it in the end.

This product is not any better than the 9300. The cleaning system leaves razor stubble on your face while shaving. It does not provide a closer shave than a $50 shaver. Philips customer support is the worst of the worst. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS. TRUST ME. I have been using electric my entire life.
