Really enjoy my razor. It makes it easier to have that clean shave everyday. Easy to clean and can go for more than a week in between charges. Trimmer is great keep the hair a regular razor can't get. Biggest factor, no cuts or burn marks.

I'm in my 40s and this was my first electric shaver. I normally use Gillette Fusion (5 blade) shavers. But because I have migraine issues, I know shave my head every few days. And the razor was giving me to many issues. Online people had mentioned the Philips Norelco series in general are great. A bit expensive, but its because you are paying for better quality. I know have used it 7 times in a period a few weeks. My head shaves pretty much perfect. Just a tiny issue with my side burns sometimes. You really have to learn the right amount of pressure and the proper circular direction to go in for your hair to cur just right. Overall takes me about 1 minute or 2 tops to do my head. The you simply wash it off under water, let it dry, put it back in its case. Sometimes you have to (optional mind you) place it in the liquid washer tank it comes with so it can clean the blades. Which is also easy and takes exactly 60 seconds. I still am at 55% battery! My only complaint is I figured I'd do my face with it also since I don't like having a beard. It seems to not do as well with beards. Often leaving hairs uncut, or not cut short enough. Maybe even some patches of missed hair. It can take a few mi nutes long er to do your face if you want a perfect shave. It also leaves me neck feeling... achy for some reason. But it was stated it takes awhile for your face to get used to it. So overall I am very happy with this. It doesn't do right to the skin/baby smooth shave. However its practically to that point. Which is all I need. No more razor burn, no more cuts, no more dull blades after a few shaves. This claims your razor should be replaced every year. Which is way cheaper than regular razors cost.

I have very sensitive skin and figured I would give this a try. I have been shaving with a razor all these years and decided to use an electric razor. I purchased this as my own Christmas gift and immediately saw how easy it was to use and how it really did not chase my skin. I am very satisfied with this product and have already recommended it to my son and son-in-law‘s. This was one of the best purchases I made in a long time.

Amazing shaver, well worth the price! I have had the middle level shavers since I needed a shaver. Put up with cuts, pulled hairs, extra pimples, and patches that won't cut. This one it is perfect every time and never any of that. It has colored lights that tells you if you are doing it right, green good, yellow, not so good, blue not doing anything. Charge lasts a long time - I've had it 3 weeks and it is down to 53%. Average shave time is 1.02 min. I know because the web app keep track of that.

Convenient, well balanced, light weight and quiet. Close shaving, easy to clean.

I’ve been shaving with a razor for nearly fifty years because my first experience with a triple-headed Norelco electric shaver was less than satisfying. Now that I’m retired, the ease of simple daily refreshes with an electric shaver was too tempting to pass up. This new shaver by Philips has so far, after over three weeks of using, exceeded my expectations by a mile. I’m very happy with it, although I suppose I’ll need to buy the cleaning liquid jars once a month to keep it well cleaned and lubricated.

I love this shaver. It works perfectly, gives a clean result, and is gentle on my face. Great value for the price!

Excellent high tech razor. Excellent shave and I really like the light changing ring indicating the closeness of the shave. The razor is a little pricey and I probably don’t need all of these bells and whistles but I do like the quality of the razor.

Very good thus far. I use this in order to get a full clean shave and I think it's the best close shave an electric shaver can deliver. You have to use rotating movements in order to get the closest shave and it's the way it's intended. Does not work well for a goattee shape and if thats your intention dont buy this one. Other than that it's fully equipped with bluetooh and an app to monitor your shaving pressure and routine which is a good addition if you are into tech stuff. It also displays changing lights according to the correct/incorrect pressure and helps you not get razor burn. And as a bonus it has a pop up trimmer that you can use for sideburns which helps me reduce to just one all around trimmer instead of traveling with several trimmers for different purposes. The cleaning pods are a welcome addition so you can make sure your device gets properly cleaned and desinfected. It works great with dry shave but excels at wet shave. Very good product thus far.

I really enjoy using this shaver! Had an older Braun and this one is way more comfortable to use. No irritated skin and as close as razors. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Definitely happy with this purchase!

Amazing razor. Led light lets you know if you are applying to much pressure and the battery last for a long time. Love the carrying case it comes with and the cleaning system.

Love the thoughtful design of this shaver. It's easy to use and gives a comfortable shave. The cleaning pod is also well thought out. All you do is place the shaver into the pod and press the power button. It takes one minute to complete and you don't need to plug in a power cord! I keep mine in the pod all the time so it also serves as a holder as well.

Outstanding electric razor. I think this is the best razor out there. I have sensitive skin and this model razor does not cause any skin irritaion at all. All of my previous razors did. Its abit expensive, but it does the job well. I highly recommned this razor to anyone.

Easy to use and gentle against the skin. A bit pricier than others, but Norelco quality makes it worthwhile, to me.

Wow! I just bought the Norelco 9500 Shaver on Friday 11-15-24. What a fantastic shaver! The 9500 comes with the new SH91 blades and includes an integrated Pop-up trimmer which is very handy and what I have been used to. I have been using Norelco shavers for many years and the 9500 literally gives the closest shave I have ever had with an electric shaver. Absolutely fantastic! I totally recommend this shaver! Ed S.

It is great! Easy to charge and clean and the razor changes colors based on whether you are pressing too hard, perfect or not hard enough-- just love it-- wish it was morning so I could shave.

Can't believe I waited so long to upgrade to this shaver. I have been using the 5000 series for several years and always liked them but wow - what an upgrade! My shaves have been so much easier and closer than before. I hesitated to pay almost twice what the other models cost but sometimes you get what you pay for and this was definitely one of those times. Highly recommend this one!

Fanastic razor. I had a Panasonic razor which h did not provide a close shave and was quite noisy. It took a couple of minutes to complete my shave . This Norelco is super efficient and very quiet. Get a quick, clean shave everything. . The ONLY negative is that it doesn't have a charging stand. Other than that , this is the best razor that I have ever owned!!!

Overall good shave, holds a charge, and has a lot of features. I bought this to replace an older Norelco razor that I'd had for years, I think this one will last just as long.

This is aver ergonomic shaver and is precisely what I was looking for: an easy way to get kickly get a clean shave. Its wey/dry shaving is a feature I really like. Complemented with eady cleaning using the cleaning pod ar just plain wadhung under a running tap makes it an outstanding product!
