This is aver ergonomic shaver and is precisely what I was looking for: an easy way to get kickly get a clean shave. Its wey/dry shaving is a feature I really like. Complemented with eady cleaning using the cleaning pod ar just plain wadhung under a running tap makes it an outstanding product!

Awesome shaver!! It shaves better than any other electric shaver that I have used, and shaves as well as a razor. It is rather expensive compared to other shavers, however it is worth it.

I'm a long-time Norelco razor user. It seems that just when I think they can't get any closer or faster shave, they do at least one of those. This time they got a little closer and a lot faster. The only problem is that they made the cowling around the heads larger than in past models and it makes it a little difficult to shave right up to sideburns, without fear of going too high. I can do it. But I can no longer shave up to sideburns, while walking into the kitchen, for example. I just have to pay more attention and do it in front of a mirror. I can live with that. I like the cleaner. It's different than the ones I have had before. Hold the power button and the razor goes into cleaning mode for one minute. There is a little light ring near the head that is supposed to give you feedback. My personal opinion is that it's a "shiny thing". In marketing parlance, a "shiny thing" is something that gets buyers' attention, but that has no practical use. At least they give buyers a way to turn off the shiny thing. The only real negative is that the button that opens the head for cleaning seems to be awfully easy to accidentally press. I cut one star for the oversized cowling around the heads and the placement of the open head button.

Clean close shave. Expensive product but works well. Replaced shaving with a multi blade razor every day!

I've used the Norelco shavers for years, but was very disappointed with the mid-range ($60) model I purchased 3 years ago. I was thinking about switching to Braun, but after doing some research I decided to upgrade to this better 9500 series model. I'm glad that I did. It shaves remarkably close, and quickly. I shave in about 1/3 the time that I needed with the old razor. It also has a cleaning station which I've never used before, it makes cleaning it a breeze. It has different colored light that let you know if you pushing down too soft , just right, or too hard when shaving. Even though I was reluctant to spent the xtra money on this shaver I'm really glad that I did, I really feel this is a much better razor.

excellent travel shaver, I bought this after buying the 9000 prestige for traveling, as it is lighter and has an actual case for travel, as well as a charger, unlike the Prestige 9000. Shaving quality is as good and has a cleaner to boot!

I was long overdue for a new electric razor. At first I thought this was too bulky, but quality of shave far outweighs the increased size. Self cleaning feature is kind of cool. Very happy with the product

At first I thought what a strange razor that has this funny ring of light that seems to change colors as you move around and across the face. Then I RTB'd (Read The Brochure)... and by golly there is a reason and a meaning to that ring of light. I'll have to say this.... it really helps me to get a good shave and I found the hardest part to have the right tension/pressure of the shave head was along and under the jaw line. It for sure is a keeper and highly recommended. This review is based on my few weeks of usage. I hope in 3 months I'm still loving it which I'm sure I will be.

I bought an electric shaver about 20 years ago(a norelco) and it was a terrible experience, but they have come a long way in 20 years and this razor is fantastic. I use it to shave my entire head and face, every other day and it does a great job. My facial hair is very coarse and dense and this shaver isn't phased at all. I have no complaints.

So far this is a quality product that lives up to it’s claims. It stays charged longer than the estimates, and it shaves very well and very close. The sensors to guide your pressure are a huge plus.

This is a great shaver compared to other shavers I’ve used. I had a braun and it didn’t hold up. I also tried the Panasonic arc five. The replacement head for the Panasonic was very expensive. I ended up getting this shaver because of that. It works well, and the app helps you to use it the way it was intended and designed to cut your beard. If you don’t allow yourself to be trained by the app you could end up causing unnecessary razor burn, and the shaver will seem like it’s not operating properly. It’s amazing how lightly you do press and still get a great shave with less shaver burn. I hope this helps someone out there that might need this information.

Sensitive skin here used to have irritated skin every time I used razors. It works great!

Good razor. Significantly larger than my prior series 9000. It’s annoying you can’t plug it in and clean at the same time. Space between blades has cut me once.

I have had three over the past 20 years and this once is the best. Wet/Dry and easy to clean. Comfortable and close shave. I like the display
