Just did a quick trim and shape up on my beard but I felt like it took longer than usual. Thought I needed to break in the new machine. Used it a second time and the faults started seeping out. Dull blades (had to run the machine over the same spots more than when i used my wahl trimmer). Overheating issues (usually not a problem but this machine caused my skin to irritate due to the heat from the blades). Bad clipper design/placement (trimmer had to be cleaned constantly during a trim due to the poor design on the clips. The clips don't create a proper seal on the head of the machine causing the inside of the trimmer to keep getting clogged with hair). Overall just a bad product. I wish i could return it. Tried to upgrade from an older wahl multigroomer but I'll stick with my old groomer for now. Maybe I got a faulty machine but overall would NOT recommend this product.
