As i have other Norelco products the disappointment is there is no power LED indicator so charging or power level will be random guess. That is the only reason i am giving 2 star..

I trim my beard about once per week so this only worked for 20-25 uses. One day the on/off button just stopped responding. It took multiple presses to turn on, ran fine, turned it off and wasn't able to turn it on again. I thought Norelco had great reliability and quality, but am not so sure now and would have second thoughts about buying it again.
