On the second use it would not power off, I had to take the blades off and leave it to run for hours till the battery died. This is the 2nd trimmer of this brand that's had this issue. I will not be purchasing this brand again.

Firstly, make sure the device has been fully charged for 1 hour with no interruptions. Next, disconnect, switch off the device and then clean it thoroughly. You can remove the comb or attachment, and either blow out or use the cleaning brush to remove any hair or debris stuck inside. Once the comb and attachment are also cleaned thoroughly, you can reattach a piece and try again. We hope this helps!

Ouch, it hurts

I used it to trim my goattee and it would pull my facial hair even when I went at normal speed. I had to go even slower taking my time. 5 minute job turned into 10 minutes. DO NOT BUY!!

IT works BUT!!!

I was able to use this one after the first charge and 2 times after that to trim up, and now it has stopped working or charging at all. It has been on charge for two days and nothing. Also the in store return ran out on the 14th of this month. How lucky!!!
