It's a good trimmer. Just wish there were more choices for "length" guides. I use this for my hair rather than a beard, and, for me, the 5mm is too long, and the 3mm (I use) is probably slightly short. Definitely worth the price though!

Cool clippers

I use it in the shower to “shave” my head, and avoid razor bumps. Have had no problems out of it. Keep it oiled regularly and spray with disinfectant spray after every use. No complaints.

Missing Charger

The Best Buy package did not include the required charger. Check the package carefully. Although Phillips will send you one, it takes a while. Something is wrong when parts are missing at the retail level. Very inconvenient all around.
