packaging is like most other beard/hair trimmers, nothing special, but all the parts were included (no missing cords, brush, lubricant, etc.). He has used it 3 time so far and each time commented how well it worked, easy to maneuver, clean-up. Only gave 4 starts because its too early to tell if it will last as long or longer than most other shavers he has used in the past.

Got this to replace an old Norelco trimmer. The old one was probably 25 years old. Such a difference compared to this one. Works great and so many attachments. Really glad I got this model.

A lot of option off of one shaver. You can basically do it all with just one shaver but my only complaint is that it doesn’t cut really small hairs off of your beard or something like that.

Recently purchased the Philips Norelco - Multigroom 7000 Trimmer and I'm very pleased with the close trim and sharp blades. Looking forward to using the many attachments included. I have a feeling this trimmer will last for several years!

Never needs charging. I love this thing. Water proof to make cleaning easy. The attachments make it so useful for Beard and hair trimming.

After having issues with an old, cheap trimmer, I decided to spend a little extra on what seemed to be good quality. I was not disappointed. Right out of the box, this trimmer felt sturdy and made to last. It’s quiet, relatively small, and the battery lasts for forever. It’s incredibly sharp- so much so that I was amazed at how easily it trimmed my beard without binding up like my older, cheaper one frequently would. Being waterproof, it’s a breeze to clean off after a trim or to use in the shower. My wife even uses it to trim my hair, which is made incredibly simple with the variety of included attachments. Initially, I was hesitant to spend so much on a trimmer, but I absolutely would again in a heartbeat.

Probably the best clippers I've had for home use. I wish the blade was adjustable, but that's the only downside I can see. They're even fairly quiet so my 1 yr old doesn't freak out when I cut his hair.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my husband to replace a much older model. It has lots of attachments and he says it’s probably one of the better razors he’s used.

very versatile, with these many heads available can take care of everything except shaving, which is great for a single machine. quality is good.

I couldn’t have chosen a better shaver. The reviews were right on the money and the shaver works as advertised. Having a full beard for over 40 years a fully functional shaver is a must.

COVID hit, no barber, old Razer broke, and this was on sale. Smallest hair clipper guard is 4mm and the smallest beard clipper guard is 1mm. For those looking to do DIY hair cuts, this is great

I'm very satisfied with this product...so far. I feel like trimmers dont last very long. But you can always tell a good or bad product right away. This has been a pleasant experience so far. Many others have a much higher price simply because you're getting a bunch of attachments. Dont over-spend on something else for no reason. You'll be good here.

Needed to upgrade my old facial trimmers but wanted something with the option to cut hair on your head as well. This trimmer offers best of ALL worlds as it has multiple blades for the face and head but also for the nose and eyebrows. Multiple guards so you can get the perfect length when trimming. A must have for us rookies as well as moderate guys who want to keep their cuts looking fresh in between going to the barber.

Trims well and has plenty of length options. Can use in the shower with no trouble. Sleek look. Easy to clean and fast changing make this a great addition to the grooming routine.
